The free plan can be used indefinitely. You can start with 1 user, 100 leads and basic features. You can upgrade to higher plans anytime.

How does pricing work and what are AI credits?

You subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan that includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. AI actions — agent replies, voice/conversation analysis and similar — use credits; if you run out you can buy a top-up or upgrade. Standard channel messaging and core CRM usage don't use AI credits. You can see your usage live in the dashboard and change or cancel your plan anytime.

You upload or connect your call recordings; the AI transcribes them automatically and surfaces sentiment, talk/listen balance, the objections raised and a short summary. In the Voice of Customer dashboard you see the sentiment split and the most-discussed needs across all conversations at a glance, and can click any theme to drill into the calls behind it.

Your data is stored encrypted and belongs only to you; it isn't used to train models. We operate in line with GDPR and KVKK, and role-based access plus team permissions let you decide who sees what. You can export or delete your data at any time.

It works with providers such as Paraşüt and Mikro and e-invoice integrators, and you can export everything to Excel.

You still issue e-Invoice/e-Archive through your own Paraşüt or QuickBooks account, or through the Mikro/EDM integrators, so it fits your existing setup.
