Cancellation & Refund Policy
Terms for cancelling, renewing and refunding Rocketly subscriptions.
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and the subscription does not renew again. The free plan is never charged.
1. Subscription & Renewal
Rocketly is a subscription (SaaS) service billed in advance, monthly or annually. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your chosen payment method. You are notified before renewal.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the settings page or by contacting us. When you cancel:
3. Refund Eligibility
As a rule, fees for a period already used are non-refundable; however, the following apply:
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| Free plan | Never charged, so a refund does not apply |
| First-time annual purchase — first 14 days | Full refund if not satisfied (goodwill policy) |
| Mid-period cancellation on a monthly plan | Access until period end; no partial refund |
| Sustained technical outage caused by us | Prorated refund for the affected period considered |
| Duplicate / incorrect charge | Full refund once verified |
4. Upgrades & Downgrades
You can upgrade anytime; the difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrade requests take effect at the end of the current period.
5. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Where you acquire the service as a consumer (a natural person), your statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law are reserved. Where the digital service begins immediately with your consent, the withdrawal right may be limited as permitted by law; this is explained separately at purchase.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued as soon as possible to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
