v23.1.133895 updates
NewCommunication

Softphone is now a permanent call workspace

The softphone is no longer a small dial popup: a persistent panel on the right holds dialling, keypad, call history, favourites and live call context as tabs. During a call you see the matched CRM record, the latest note and the open tasks linked to it, and you can add a call note and a call purpose (follow-up, sales, support, collection). History is filtered by today or this week, and keyboard shortcuts start, answer, hold and transfer calls. Your default tab and panel width are remembered per user.

NewCommunication

Start a new conversation from the inbox

“New conversation” in the inbox header lets you open a thread before the customer writes to you. You pick the channel and set the recipient by number or by searching your contacts. Channels that cannot connect appear disabled, a badge tells you whether the reply window is still open on Instagram and Messenger, and on WhatsApp you are warned before the thread opens if no template is live.

NewCommunication

Telegram Business: reply from your own account

Connect your Telegram business account and answer customers from your own account instead of a bot. The new card in Add Channel tells you what to expect before you connect: past chats are not imported, only one bot can be linked per account, and a Telegram bot channel must be connected first. If the link drops or reply permission is turned off, channel health reports each case separately.

NewCommunication

Conversation context bar for Instagram and Messenger

Instagram and Messenger threads now carry an information bar under the header: how much of your reply window is left, which app currently controls the thread, and which ad the customer came from. If another app holds the thread you can take it over and hand it back when you are done. On Instagram the other account's profile summary sits here too and refreshes with one button.

NewCommunication

Richer sending on Instagram and Messenger

The composer for Meta conversations gained new send actions: you can offer quick reply buttons, send a heart on Instagram and share one of your own posts into the chat. On Messenger you can send several images in one message and reply to a specific image. You can also answer a public comment on Instagram or Facebook with a one-time private message straight from the inbox.

NewCommunication

Send product cards and button messages on Meta

In Instagram DM and Messenger threads you can send swipeable product cards (title, subtitle, image, link) and messages with action buttons such as “Book an appointment” or “Price list”. You build the cards and buttons in the template panel of the composer, and anything Meta would reject is flagged before it is sent.

NewCommunication

Messenger page profile: greeting, menu, ice breakers

Facebook channel settings now manage your Messenger page's welcome experience from inside Rocketly. You switch the “Get started” button on or off, write greetings per language, define ready-made opening questions, and build a multi-level persistent menu with submenus. All of this previously required Meta's own tools.

ImprovedCommunication

Channel-specific content inside the message bubble

Incoming messages are no longer reduced to an icon — they are drawn as they are. A WhatsApp order basket, shared location, contact card, form reply, ad referral and a quoted reply to a campaign each get their own card, and when a type is not supported the reason is written out. Shared posts, reels and story cards from Instagram and Messenger appear in the bubble along with multi-attachment galleries, and email threads gain markers such as “reply-to differs”.

NewCommunication

Your reactions now reach the customer

An emoji reaction you leave on a message no longer stays inside Rocketly: it is delivered to the other side on WhatsApp and Meta channels, and removing it removes it there too. If a reaction cannot be delivered you see a “visible only in Rocketly” notice, and if the channel does not support reactions at all that is stated separately.

NewCommunication

Messages the customer deleted or edited

If the other side recalls a message on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram, the bubble updates to “This message was deleted”; if they edit it you see the new version while the previous one stays on record. You see what the conversation actually became instead of replying to a sentence that no longer exists.

NewCommunication

Conversation trash and restore

Deleted conversations are no longer lost: the trash above the list shows everything deleted within the retention window, searchable by contact name, email or phone, and one button brings a thread back. A restored conversation returns to its previous state together with its messages, notes and follow-up tasks.

NewCommunication

Closing reason and legal hold badge

When you close a conversation by hand you can pick a reason — resolution confirmed, no reply, other — and it appears as a chip in the header and a small icon in the list, including for conversations that close automatically. Conversations under a legal hold decision now carry a “Legal hold” badge as well.

NewCommunication

Send products from your WhatsApp catalog

From a WhatsApp conversation you can send a product from your Meta catalog, or a list made of several products. Open the catalog panel from the WhatsApp actions in the composer and choose single-product or list mode; the customer sees the product as a card inside WhatsApp.

NewCommunication

WhatsApp templates in scheduled messages

When you schedule a message for a later date you can now pick a live WhatsApp template instead of free text. The template's active version is pinned the moment you confirm the schedule, so what goes out at send time is exactly what you approved.

NewCommunication

WhatsApp templates with image and video headers

When you build a WhatsApp template the header can now hold an image, video or document, not only text. You upload the sample file in the template editor and the upload to Meta and submission for approval happen in the background. Since most marketing templates use a media header, this means finishing templates without leaving for Meta's interface.

NewCommunication

Get notified when a WhatsApp group mentions you

When your connected WhatsApp number is mentioned with @ in a busy group you now get a notification, so you no longer have to open the group and scroll to find it. Mentions of other people do not raise one. You can switch the notification on or off for in-app and push separately, from WhatsApp Personal settings or Settings › Notifications.

ImprovedCommunication

WhatsApp contact card: photo, badge and save to CRM

Profile photos in WhatsApp conversations now appear in the conversation list and header too, instead of falling back to initials. The contact panel carries a badge showing whether the number is registered on WhatsApp, and “Save to CRM” adds that person to your CRM with their name, number and WhatsApp status.

NewCommunication

Passkey verification and history choice when linking WhatsApp

If your phone asks for passkey verification while you link your WhatsApp Personal line, you can now complete it inside Rocketly: compare the code on screen with the one on your phone and confirm, or continue with a QR code if your browser does not support passkeys. You also choose whether to import the last 7, 30 or 90 days of chats, or the last year.

NewCommunication

Event diagnostics for Instagram and Messenger

If an Instagram or Messenger channel looks connected but receives no messages, the channel card now tells you why: subscribed but no events ever arrived, the app subscription points elsewhere, or the token is missing a scope. Each cause comes with what to do, and where it applies “Repair subscription” fixes it in one click. “Fetch messages” now reports its result too: how many conversations and new messages arrived, and how many could not be fetched.

ImprovedCommunication

Per-row fixes in bulk channel operations

When you test channels in bulk or switch several active or inactive at once, every failed row now carries a button for its specific problem: re-authorise an expired Meta token, open the QR screen for a broken WhatsApp pairing, open the edit panel focused on the wrong credential field, or run diagnostics. You no longer close the results panel and go hunting for the channel card.

NewCommunication

Carry out a data subject request: export and redaction

Approved data subject requests can now be executed from the Inbox privacy panel. Export downloads the person's data, conversations and messages as a single package that stays available for seven days; deletion irreversibly clears messages, media and identifying details, which is why it asks for a second confirmation. If the run cannot finish, the reason is shown in writing.

NewCommunication

Step-by-step setup guide while connecting a channel

When you add a new channel to the inbox, a short guide for that specific channel now appears above the form: it lists what to do in order and links to the provider's official documentation. Separate guides were written for Telegram, LINE, Slack, Google RCS, SMS, TikTok, call timeline and custom webhook channels.

NewCommunication

Team Chat administration and message search

Team Chat is now administrable: one panel controls whether the module is on, access mode (everyone or selected users only), the allowed user list, permissions for file sharing, reactions and pinning, and a retention period between 30 and 3650 days. Full-text message search sits next to it — type a word and jump straight from the result to that conversation.

NewCommunication

Send images in TikTok conversations

You can now send images in TikTok conversations in the inbox. A single JPG or PNG up to 3 MB is accepted, and because TikTok cannot combine an image and text in one message, the screen says so and asks you to send them as two messages.

NewCommunication

Softphone audio devices and live call quality

Pick your microphone and speaker from the call workspace and test them before you dial — your choice is remembered for the next session. While a call is running, connection quality stays visible in the header: latency, jitter and packet loss. When audio starts to degrade you see it before the customer has to mention it.

NewSales & CRM

Per-line VAT rate and per-line discount on quotes

The VAT rate now belongs to each line rather than the whole document. A mixed-rate quote — a 20% product and a 10% service on the same page — converts to an invoice correctly, and the VAT breakdown states the truth. You can also discount individual lines, and the effect on the total shows immediately.

NewSales & CRM

VAT-inclusive / VAT-exclusive price mode

The quote itself knows whether you entered prices with or without VAT. In inclusive mode, the number you type is what the customer pays, and the net base and VAT are derived backwards from it. Previously a gross price could be read as the net base and inflate the quote by 20%; the screen and the stored record can no longer disagree either.

NewSales & CRM

Surcharge lines are exempt from document-level discounts

Lines such as shipping, installation or assembly can be marked as a surcharge. When you apply a discount to the whole document, those lines are left out of it — a line item that costs you money no longer melts away with a customer discount. The marking is visible on screen too, so nobody has to guess which lines were discounted.

NewSales & CRM

Withholding and VAT exemption codes on quotes

Withholding and VAT exemption codes are selected on the quote screen, and the box states the amount that will actually be collected. The code survives conversion to an invoice and is stored on the template itself, so for standard work you don't re-enter it on every quote. Exports now carry "Withholding code" and "Amount to collect" columns as well.

NewSales & CRM

Tiered and volume-based pricing

Define quantity tiers for a product: 1–9, 10–49, 50+. When you change the quantity on a quote, the unit price moves to the right tier by itself and the line editor names which tier was applied. If you want to override the price you do so explicitly, and a locked price is not silently overwritten when the tier changes. The server has the final word on unit price.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Quote PDFs are now generated in the background

For long, image-heavy quotes the download button no longer freezes the page: the job starts in the background, the screen polls its progress and the file arrives in one piece when it is ready. On installations without a background worker the old synchronous path is used, so downloading never disappears. The generated PDF is cached durably, keyed on a fingerprint of the data the document actually reads — an unrelated edit no longer forces a regeneration.

NewSales & CRM

You can now see what happened to a quote email

What happens to the quote email you sent is now tracked: the send log, opens and link clicks are all recorded. The detail view shows open and click counters, so "did they even look at it?" stops being guesswork.

NewSales & CRM

CC and BCC when sending a quote

Add carbon-copy and blind-copy addresses in the send dialog; the addresses are validated before anything goes out. All three transports (SMTP, Gmail, Outlook) deliver the copies, and the send log records who received them. When sending through Gmail the blind copy is not written into the headers — BCC stays genuinely blind.

FixedSales & CRM

The online quote link in quote emails

Quote emails sent from a template had no link for the customer to open the quote. Templates now support a {{quote.url}} variable, and the built-in templates carry a button that opens the quote.

NewSales & CRM

Quote detail drawer

See everything about a quote without leaving the list: notes, timeline, email sends and the history of the shared link, all in one drawer. A quote link arriving from a contract now opens the right quote already expanded.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Variable panel, duplication and deletion for quote templates

You no longer have to guess which variables a template supports: the panel lists the server's real catalogue. You can duplicate a template to experiment on a copy, and delete the ones you no longer use.

NewSales & CRM

Preview approval before a template goes live

A PDF template has to be previewed and approved before it is published; an unapproved template never reaches a customer. Moves between draft, published and archived are recorded, so if a broken template does go out, it is clear when and by whom it was published.

NewSales & CRM

Pre-send completeness checklist

Before you send a quote the screen lists what is missing in one place: no validity date, empty payment terms, a line without a price, no customer email. You can acknowledge the warnings and send anyway — the list is there so you don't forget, not to block you.

NewSales & CRM

A warning when a locked FX rate drifts

If a quote has a locked exchange rate and the current rate has moved away from it noticeably, a warning appears on the quote. That way a quote prepared weeks ago is not accepted at a rate that now loses you money.

NewSales & CRM

Catalogue link integrity check

The system checks whether the catalogue records behind your quote lines still exist and whether their prices have changed, and tells you. A line bound to a deleted or archived product no longer sits there quietly at an old price.

NewSales & CRM

Quote interest map: what the customer actually read

On a shared online quote, how long the customer spends in each section is measured. The "Interest map" in the detail drawer shows time spent per section and how many times the page was opened. You no longer call someone who lingered over the price table the same way you call someone who glanced at the cover and left.

NewSales & CRM

Partial acceptance, and following it up

A customer no longer has to accept or reject the whole quote: they can accept the lines they want. When a partial acceptance arrives, your team sees what was accepted, what was left out and what the next step is, as a follow-up workflow — the remaining lines don't get forgotten.

NewSales & CRM

Alternatives and a package decision guide on the public quote

When you offer several options in one quote, the customer can tell what is being compared with what: the options sit side by side, the differences stand out and each one's contents are spelled out. For packaged quotes, the decision page walks through what each package covers and how the choice changes the total.

NewSales & CRM

Recurring quote calendar and schedule health

Your recurring quotes now sit on a calendar: you can see in advance which quote goes to which customer on which day. The summary at the top separates paused, failing and upcoming schedules, so a schedule that quietly stopped running doesn't go unnoticed.

NewSales & CRM

Validation review when importing quotes from Excel

When you import quote lines from an Excel file, the file is not written straight in: it is validated row by row first, and problem rows are listed with the reason. The rows you accept go through; the ones that need fixing stay with you.

NewSales & CRM

OCR intake queue for incoming quotes

A quote that reaches you as a PDF or a photo can be read into the system. The extracted lines are not saved directly — they land in a review queue where you approve or correct each one. A misread figure cannot slip quietly into your quote.

NewSales & CRM

Governed AI drafting for quotes

You can have AI prepare a quote or contract draft — but the generated text is not written straight into the document. The draft sits in its own workspace where you see what is proposed and pull in only what you accept. Who generated a draft and when is recorded.

NewSales & CRM

After acceptance: payment call and message SLA follow-up

Accepting a quote is not the end of the work: a call task for payment is proposed automatically. When a customer writes a message from the online quote, the response time is tracked too, and a message approaching its deadline is surfaced.

NewSales & CRM

Quote delivery recovery queue and scheduled email timeline

Quote emails that could not be delivered collect in a recovery queue: what failed, why, and what has been retried, on one screen. Scheduled sends have their own timeline too — when the send was planned, when it went out and what happened, in order.

NewSales & CRM

Declining a contract with a reason, and being notified either way

Whoever receives the signing link can now do more than sign: they can decline and state why. The reason sits in the contract's drawer, and "declined" appears in every filter and status chip. Both signature and decline notify the team — nobody has to keep checking the link by hand.

NewSales & CRM

An evidence trail for contract signatures

Where a signature came from is now on the record: did the customer sign in their own browser, or did someone inside your organisation record it, and from which browser. The context you need to defend a signature in a dispute sits with the document.

NewSales & CRM

Asking a question from the public contract page

The other party can ask about something before signing: the signing page has an "Ask a question" button. The question lands on the contract's record as a thread, and your team answers it from the detail drawer. The exchange doesn't scatter across email — it stays with the contract.

NewSales & CRM

Contract version history with a before → after diff

Every edit to a contract's text leaves a version behind. The detail drawer shows which words went out, which came in, who changed them and when. Personal-data cleanup applies to this history as well.

NewSales & CRM

"Fill from template" on contracts

You can fill a contract's terms from a document template in one click, and the template understands contract variables. The fill is undoable, so trying a template you are not sure about costs nothing.

NewSales & CRM

Signature tiers, email verification codes and a legal retention lock

You decide which signature tier each document type requires. On a document that needs a wet signature, the public page shows no signing canvas; where an electronic signature is enough, acceptance and signing are verified with an emailed code. A signed document cannot be deleted for its statutory retention period, and its integrity can be verified against an archive digest.

NewSales & CRM

Contract renewal centre and renewal lineage

Upcoming renewals gather in a single event centre. You can see which renewal of a contract you are on, compare it side by side with earlier versions and walk up and down the chain. When a reminder counter resets, the screen says why.

NewSales & CRM

Auto-renew coverage campaign and a renewal playbook

You can work through auto-renewing contracts with incomplete coverage as a batch rather than one at a time. The renewal playbook lays out who is contacted, when and with what, so each renewal isn't improvised from scratch.

NewSales & CRM

Tracking contractual obligations

The dated commitments a contract creates — deliveries, reports, payments, notifications — have their own section in the detail drawer. You can attach a reminder task to each one, so no clause is forgotten once the contract is signed.

NewSales & CRM

Risk review on third-party paper

You can run a risk review over a contract the other side sent you. The review lists the clauses worth attention and why — it does not replace reading the document, it tells you where to look first.

NewSales & CRM

Semantic search across the contract archive

You can search archived contracts by meaning rather than exact wording: a question like "how many days' termination notice" finds clauses phrased differently too. The search only covers contracts you are allowed to see.

NewSales & CRM

Content library: approved text and clause blocks

Collect the terms and clauses you use often in a library, with draft, approved and archived stages. In quote terms and contract conditions, "Add from library" pulls in an approved block, and each block's usage across documents is counted. Version history shows a word-level diff.

NewSales & CRM

Company map workspace and privacy-safe manual pins

Work your company list in an expanded map workspace, where nearby records also show who owns them. For a record whose address doesn't resolve, you can drop a pin by hand — the pin is stored as that record's own location and no address is sent to a third-party service. Map payloads are bounded, so crowded areas no longer freeze the screen.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Filter from a cell, safe sorting and column memory in lists

In customer, lead, company and task lists you can click a cell's value and filter straight to it. Header filters stay within that list's scope, sorting does not expose fields you aren't allowed to see, and facet counts reflect the real result set. Column widths are now remembered.

NewSales & CRM

AI field enrichment on companies: receipts, history and a quality queue

Fields filled by AI are not written in blind: every applied value has a receipt — what was proposed, what was accepted, and when. The history of accepted changes is kept, and personal-data redaction applies to that history too. Before enrichment runs you are told how many credits it will cost, and low-confidence results go to a separate quality queue for review.

ImprovedFinance

Cursor pagination for large ledgers

Invoice, expense, collection, cheque, cash movement and aging lists now move by cursor rather than page number. In a ledger with hundreds of thousands of rows, jumping to the last page is as fast as the first, and rows no longer shift when a record in between changes. Purchase order and delivery note queues moved to the same mechanism.

NewFinance

Aging report and collections screen split apart

Receivables aging now has its own screen, and collections work has its own. The aging page shows how much sits in each bucket and the records behind it; the collections screen is about who to chase and when. Trying to do two different jobs on one page is over.

NewFinance

Collection application totals are visible

How much of a collection was applied to which invoices is shown with its totals. For partial applications, "how much of this receipt is still unallocated" is answered on screen — no calculator needed to check it.

NewFinance

Direct cash events on a commercial party

You can record a cash event that isn't tied to an invoice straight onto a party's account: an advance, a refund, an FX difference, a cash payment. The movement sits in the account's timeline alongside the other documents and enters the balance with the right sign.

ImprovedFinance

Grouped events in the commercial timeline

A party's timeline is no longer hundreds of individual rows: events of the same kind on the same day collapse under one heading that you expand for detail. On a customer with a long history, what happened when becomes readable.

ImprovedFinance

Export and report state made explicit

When you start a report or an export, the screen states plainly what is happening: preparing, ready, truncated, or failed. You no longer have to guess why a downloaded file came back empty.

ImprovedFinance

Resumable imports and recurring document templates

If a large accounting import is interrupted you don't start over: progress is saved and the run continues from where it stopped. Recurring invoice and expense templates now carry their tags across, so you don't re-tag every repetition by hand.

NewFinance

Category and company filters on income/expense reports

You can narrow report charts by category and by company. "How much of this year's expense came from that supplier" is answered inside the report, without leaving it for a spreadsheet.

NewFinance

From an income statement bar to the records behind it

Clicking a bar in the monthly income/expense chart opens the records that make it up. The list reconciles with the bar exactly: the total you see is the sum of the rows listed. "Why was this month like that" is one click away.

ImprovedFinance

Zero line and negative band on money charts

Charts that show amounts now draw the zero line explicitly and shade the negative region. Losses and profits no longer look alike at the same height, and the chart frame states the range it is displaying.

NewFinance

Accounting movements in the activity feed

Invoices, expenses, collections, cheques and cash movements now appear in the general activity feed as readable sentences. On a customer's record, CRM events and accounting events share one timeline, and who changed what and when is written to the audit log too.

ImprovedAI

AI Chat now holds on to the context of a conversation

After mentioning a record you can simply continue with "and their invoices?". The chat keeps track of the customer, company, invoice or conversation you named, and carries the date range, sort order and filters into the next question. Three separate topics can run in the same chat.

ImprovedAI

Deterministic answer cards for free-form questions

For questions that want a number, the chat returns a card rather than a paragraph: the figure itself, what was counted, which date range and which filters applied. Asking the same question twice gives the same answer, because the number comes from the query, not from the model.

NewAI

A governed semantic glossary

Define once what "hot lead" or "large customer" means in your company, and the chat uses that definition. Who may change a definition is controlled by permissions, so the meaning of a number doesn't vary from person to person.

NewAI

Re-verify an older answer

When you reopen a past chat, the figure in it doesn't just sit there frozen: the answer states when it was produced and you can re-run it against today's data in one click. You no longer carry a two-week-old number into today's meeting believing it's current. Long record lists now page with a seek cursor, so an answer with thousands of rows isn't cut off at the first page.

NewAI

Relationship summaries: who is connected to whom

Ask the chat about the relationships around a customer or a company: linked companies, related contacts, shared records. Related records you name are listed directly, and only the records you are allowed to see appear.

NewAI

Scheduled insights

A question you ask regularly can be put on a schedule: the answer is waiting for you every Monday morning. The scope and recipients are configurable, and past answers are kept, so you can see what changed since last week.

NewAI

The reason behind a priority is stated

When the chat puts a record first, it says why: which signals, with what weight. If several signals contributed, all of them are listed — instead of "the system said so", you get a reason you can read.

ImprovedAI

Synonyms, scenarios and a quality alert in lead scoring

Scoring keywords can have synonyms, edited in bulk — "price", "cost" and "fee" no longer have to be entered separately. Before changing a weight you can save a what-if scenario and test its effect. Each score states how fresh it is, and if model quality drifts over time you are warned.

NewAI

Capacity calendar and workload balance in assignment rules

You can see the effect of an assignment rule before you turn it on: how many records would land on each user. A user capacity calendar carries who is away and who is full into the rules, and workload balance across the team is reported — records piling onto one person don't stay invisible.

NewMarketing

Lead form readiness, capacity and scheduler transparency

Before you connect a Lead Ads form you can see what is missing: page subscription, permissions, target field mapping. The scheduler's current capacity is stated too, so it is never a mystery why a form hasn't been pulled yet.

ImprovedMarketing

A visible OAuth lifecycle on the Meta connection

While connecting your Meta account you can see which step you are on and what is being waited for, and an authorisation left half-finished is queued and completed. The Facebook Pages subscribed to Lead Ads are recorded, so which page is actually connected is not a guess.

ImprovedMarketing

Queueing, replay and the effective SLO in delivery

When capacity fills up, sends are queued rather than dropped, and go out when their turn comes. Failed deliveries can be replayed per provider. Where the service-level target shown on screen comes from — the plan or your own setting — is stated explicitly.

NewMarketing

Lead form operation history and coverage recovery plans

Every operation on a form — connecting, duplicating, re-verifying, disabling — sits in a filterable history. For gaps in coverage you can create a recovery plan and follow it through; the plan is durable and does not vanish when you close the tab.

ImprovedMarketing

Filter from card facets and a country filter in prospecting

Click a facet on a prospect card and filter straight to that value. Saved Prospects gained a country filter, and the filter bar now fits on one line — filters no longer eat half the screen.

ImprovedPlatform

The guided first-run setup tour rebuilt

The setup tour a new account sees no longer breaks off halfway: close the tab and come back and it resumes at the step you left, and a step that errors recovers without locking the tour. Which steps make up the tour can be extended per module, so you are not shown steps for a module you don't use.

ImprovedPlatform

The settings experience rebuilt

Settings is now split into searchable sections, so you don't have to remember where a setting lives. Sections you have no permission for are hidden rather than opening empty, and each section states in its own heading what it affects.

ImprovedPlatform

Owner search, status search and health history in the connection directory

You can search integration connection owners by name and pick from a paged list. Status became searchable too, and health history can be examined over a date range you choose. A connection whose owner was removed no longer becomes ownerless — it reverts to whoever created it.

NewPlatform

Carrier metadata and verification time

SMS and voice carrier connections now show the provider's API metadata: which version, which capabilities, which endpoint is being talked to. When a carrier was last verified is stated, and you can move from the card to its canonical detail.

ImprovedPlatform

App Workshop: session history, audit log and release evidence

On long-running projects the session history is now searchable and, being virtualised, stays smooth across hundreds of sessions. Collaboration audit history is paged: who changed what and when. What a release was built from is gathered into a single evidence record, and execution approvals are summarised.

NewPlatform

System folders in Files

Documents such as expense receipts, cheque images and contract attachments now land in the right folder by themselves. Standard folders cannot be deleted, sit at the top of the list and appear in your own language; existing documents were filed into them retroactively. Filing happens at one place on the server, so it doesn't matter which screen did the upload.

v23.1.123934 updates
NewSales & CRM

Let customers sign contracts in their own browser

Generate an external signing link from the contract menu and send it to the other party. They open the contract without logging in, review the PDF before signing, draw their signature with a finger or mouse, and submit it with their name. The link is valid for seven days, issuing a new one invalidates the old one, and you can revoke it at any time. The signature is stored as a signed PDF with a timestamp.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Three missing contract steps: send, edit, restore

A contract can now be emailed to the counterparty with its PDF attached, moving it to “Sent”; a double click does not send a second email, and a missing address or wrong status is explained instead of failing silently. After creation, the title, value, dates, contract number, renewal period and owner can all be changed from one edit dialog. Deleted contracts go to the trash and can be restored. The list gained customer, lead, owner, status, auto-renewal and end-date filters.

ImprovedSales & CRM

A renewed contract now shows which period it continues

When a contract is renewed, the new period is marked with a “Renewal of the previous period” badge — both for manual renewals and when auto-renewal turns the term itself. A contract also can no longer be saved without a counterparty (customer, lead, opportunity or quote), so it appears on the customer record, in lists and in analytics, and the PDF never prints “Party: -”.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Full control over recurring quotes

Schedules gained a “One-off” option with an exact run time and time zone. Every schedule row now offers skip-next-run, cancel and retry-after-failure; past runs (status, date, error message) can be expanded, and the last error sits under the row as a red warning. Previously there was no way to tell from the interface whether a schedule had run at all.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Bulk selection, attachment previews and named approvers for quotes

The bulk action bar gained “Select every quote in this filter”: instead of only the visible page you can act on everything the current filter returns, and if the filter is too broad the screen states how many quotes it matched and asks you to narrow it. Quote attachments are now cards showing file name, type and size, with preview and download. You can start a new draft from any version in the history, name a primary and a backup approver when sending for approval, and revoke or reissue the public quote link.

ImprovedPlatform

See what the numbers in the Integration Center are made of

The “active service connections” figure in the summary strip is now clickable and lists which providers and services it is made of. Clicking an item under “Needs attention” opens the right tab: Ownership when there is no owner, Sync for a sync failure, Events for a webhook failure, Advanced for missing configuration. Active connections gained a service search and a “{{n}} of {{m}} shown” counter; a disconnected connection no longer draws six empty tabs, and the card density preference is shared across settings tabs.

NewPlatform

Tracking events only from domains you approved

Settings gained a “Tracking domains” card. It lists the domains that actually sent events in the last 30 days along with their event counts, so you approve with one click instead of typing. While the list is empty there is no restriction; the moment you add the first domain, tracking events are accepted only from approved addresses. Rejected entries are shown rather than silently dropped.

Shipping and delivery integrations

The Integration Center gained a “Shipping and delivery” card: you can store and manage encrypted credentials for Yurtiçi Kargo, DHL Express and UPS. The provider catalogue states the real status of every row — setup saved, setup available, contract and API access required, or connector planned — so a provider without a connector never gets a “Connect” button that does nothing. The card also says plainly that saving credentials does not by itself create remote shipments.

NewAutomation

Automatic direct message to whoever comments on your ad

Workflows gained a new trigger: “When a comment arrives” (a new public comment on Instagram or Facebook), and a matching action: “Send a private reply to the comment”. Conditions can use the comment text, the post it was left on, the channel and whether it was a live broadcast. In other words, “automatically DM anyone who asks about the price under an ad” is now a rule you can build.

ImprovedAutomation

Outside business hours is now a condition, not a separate engine

The “When a message arrives” and “When a conversation is opened” triggers gained a new condition field: being outside the channel's defined business hours. An out-of-hours auto-reply is no longer a separate mechanism but part of an ordinary rule, and it appears in workflow test runs too. Opening Workflows from Inbox settings now lands on a list already filtered to inbox automations.

NewCommunication

Customer experience surveys: CSAT and CES

The survey box in the conversation workspace now offers two types: CSAT (1–5 satisfaction) and CES (1–7 effort). You pick the type, the consent basis and the language, and generate a single-use link; the page the customer sees uses the matching scale. Workflows gained a “Send customer experience survey” action that runs only on resolved or closed conversations, with an explicitly chosen consent basis and a link valid for 1–30 days.

NewCommunication

Two new inbox channels: Google RCS and TikTok

Google RCS business messages and inbound TikTok direct messages now arrive in the same inbox as every other channel. Conversations, assignment, tagging and automation rules work the same way on both.

NewCommunication

Send email from your own domain

You can register your sending domain and complete DNS verification step by step. The moment verification passes, the sending line runs over that domain, so the emails your customers receive come from your own domain. The setup screen states exactly which record is missing and what to do next.

ImprovedCommunication

Resolution, SLA and satisfaction in the Inbox report

The inbox analytics report gained five new cards: resolution rate, average resolution time, first-response SLA compliance, response-time breaches, and average satisfaction (with how many ratings arrived and how many need follow-up). A CSAT trend chart of daily average satisfaction sits next to them. All of these fields are included in the Excel and CSV exports.

ImprovedCommunication

Overdue work leads the Call Center quality list

The QA worklist gained a “Work priority” card at the top: open items, calibrations and overdue items appear as chips. When something is overdue the card turns red and an “Open overdue work” button jumps straight to the oldest overdue item; when nothing is overdue it opens the nearest deadline instead. Every row also carries an “Overdue” badge.

ImprovedMarketing

Write a standard-deviation (σ) threshold into an ad rule

An anomaly is no longer only a ready-made alert but a condition you can write into your own rule: thresholds such as “today's spend is more than 3σ above its own 28-day normal” are defined in the condition editor. A ready-made “Spend anomaly” condition was added as well. The σ and multiplier fields exclude each other, so you no longer save a rule and then hit an error; when a condition cannot run, the reason is stated plainly (works only on raw metrics, needs a single-day window, not enough daily data).

ImprovedMarketing

Narrow a rule by entity status, plus two new templates

Ad rules can now target only active or only paused entities. On top of that, two templates were added: “Restart a recovering campaign” (resumes a paused campaign whose 7-day ROAS is back on target) and “Lower the bid on expensive clicks” (reduces an ad set's bid when CPC exceeds the target). In the wizard, a template the platform does not support is greyed out with a reason up front; previously it could be selected and failed with a raw error on create.

ImprovedMarketing

The lead form validation queue is now something you can run

Every form in the schema validation queue gained an action dialog: approve, defer, assign an owner, change priority, add a note. Owners are chosen from active team members only, and removing an owner asks for explicit confirmation. The same dialog carries a history of who did what and when. The queue filters by platform, validation status, priority and “assigned to me”; a “Last seven days validation health” panel shows the success rate, attempt counts and recurring failure classes. Bulk updates can be applied to every form matching the filter as a cancellable background job. Filters are now kept in the address bar.

ImprovedMarketing

Sharing scope, quality exports and provider warnings for lead forms

A saved view can now be shared with just you, the whole organization, or selected teams. Quality CSV and delivery SLO CSV exports were added. The delivery recovery bulk action states in its confirmation how many forms and at most how many deliveries per form it will process. The LinkedIn Ads card shows the last polling failure as an orange warning, so “why aren't leads arriving” is answered on screen; the provider rate-limit badge now also states how many events occurred in the last 7 and 30 days.

ImprovedMarketing

Two small daily wins on the lead screens

The mapping step of the Excel import wizard gained a “Use previous mapping” button: the mappings of your last ten imports are read and the template that overlaps this file's columns the most is offered, with a hint naming the source file and how many columns it matches. Saved-view chips in the lead list are now grouped into “My views” and “Team views”, so in a busy organization you can tell whose a view is without inspecting a badge.

NewAI

Take action straight from AI Chat

Around thirty action forms — company, contact, note, appointment, task, inbox message and more — now open inside the chat itself. Nothing is created until you fill the form in and confirm, and every form says so on its header: “0 credits · nothing is created before you confirm.” You can record what you are looking at without leaving the conversation for another screen.

ImprovedAI

AI Chat answers far more without spending credits

The surface of questions you can ask for free has grown: invoice breakdowns by company and by person, open-invoice summaries, invoice line insights, imported invoice drafts, current accounts, promissory notes, stock movement type and invoice type (with mixed-currency totals), status and type dictionaries, and the KVKK destruction log. “Overdue” is now treated as a predicate rather than a column, so it is answered correctly regardless of where it is recorded. When two customers share a name, the assistant asks which one you meant; and it now gives both the count and the total of a company's invoices in one sentence.

ImprovedAI

AI Chat: trend cards, two-dimensional breakdowns and thresholds you control

The catalogue now suggests not only “how many” but “which way”: a family of trend cards was added. Two-dimensional cross-breakdown cards arrived and behave correctly in all three languages. A second filter can be added to a question, operational cards state the exact date they used, and operational alert thresholds are now yours to manage.

NewSales & CRM

AI on the company record

Company detail gained three capabilities: an approved AI summary, AI-filled fields and pool enrichment. For AI fields you see a preview first and approve the apply step yourself. Enrichment fills only EMPTY fields — nothing you typed is overwritten — and can be refreshed with “Refresh in pool”.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Company detail is now organized into tabs

The long company page was split into tabs, and the card layout can be applied organization-wide. There is a new map tab (your consent is requested before an address is geocoded), an account plan card showing the stakeholder and decision network, editable bank accounts, search across linked contacts, and calls in the activity timeline. Team and region ownership boundaries and a consent-bound daily WhatsApp digest arrived in the same round.

ImprovedFinance

A document timeline and shareable views on the account card

The current-account card gained a document timeline filterable by event type: sales invoice created, invoice linked to the account, supplier expense imported, cheque or promissory note recorded, and more. An invoice now pins a snapshot of its billing and delivery address, and recurring invoices can be tagged and filtered by tag. The account list has role-based filters with counts, a shareable view link that states “your data scope does not change”, and a summary card with balance, last movement and due status for the selected account. The statement dialog can export the page you are looking at as CSV, and Shift-click range selection works across the accounting tables.

ImprovedFinance

Supplier commitments and an opening balance in cash flow

Sent and partially received purchase orders now appear in the projection as a separate “Supplier commitment” layer; orders missing exchange-rate information are excluded from the total and their number is stated. You now choose which account provides the opening balance the cumulative series starts from. The screen gained “Critical exceptions” and “Plan assumptions” summaries, and scenarios can be named and versioned.

NewConstruction

Construction: submittals (material approval) tab

Project detail gained a submittal object. The list carries number, title, specification, status, who holds the ball (reviewer or contractor), the review deadline and the round count. You can record a review with its result code and note, and send a new revision round for a rejected submittal. The screen states plainly whether fabrication may proceed, and “In review” and “Awaiting revision” KPIs sit at the top with a “{{n}} days left” counter.

NewPlatform

The App Studio is now a team space

Your app projects gained team access: Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, invitations that grant nothing until accepted, and an ownership transfer that does not complete until the other side accepts. The project picker is searchable, projects can be moved between workspaces and archived, and every member has their own working session, so your chat and files are not shared automatically. The command palette (⌘K) is here too.

ImprovedPlatform

App Studio: setup, vault and credit transparency

Template setup is now a checklist that shows how many steps are done and refuses to mark a step complete before the connection is tested. Secret rotation arrived: the new value is written only to the vault, and the screen states in advance how many connections will need re-verification. Before an operation starts you get a time-limited quote, and no credits are spent until you approve it; credit movements (reserved, refunded, used) live in a panel filtered by type and date. You can record a visual review of a preview (custom width, light/dark, 80–200% text scale) and copy the full SHA-256 of a source version.

NewMarketing

SEO: Search Appearance page

A new page shows which search appearances (for example AI Overview) your pages have shown up in. It offers a period selector, a type filter, a trend chart, the record coverage (“{{from}} – {{to}} · {{n}} points”) and sample records. When no measurement exists yet the page says so plainly; with Search Console connected, the daily probe starts building history after the first successful record.

ImprovedMarketing

SEO audits now show the evidence itself

A technical audit now states what evidence the crawl rests on — raw HTML or JavaScript-rendered HTML (up to 25 pages) — and what each one does not prove. New finding types were added: skipped heading levels, duplicate heading anchors, broken in-page links and oversized Schema JSON-LD. A first CrUX measurement now asks for explicit consent because it spends quota, and failures come with a support ID you can share.

NewMarketing

GEO: a content flow and bulk actions on prompts

A draft written for AI answers now moves through Draft → In review → Approved → Re-audit; the person who wrote a draft cannot approve their own, and the flow publishes nothing to your site. Tracked prompts gained bulk actions: pause the selected ones, resume measurement, apply a topic tag, set business weight — each behind a “{{n}} prompts affected, past measurements are kept” confirmation. Keyword ideas now show a cost estimate and ask for approval first, then record what it actually cost. The processing-region declaration is versioned and evidence-linked.

ImprovedMarketing

GEO: report downloads and targeted re-audits

Report downloads are grouped into three sets (visibility reports, audit and plan, BI data), show progress while running and can be cancelled. A daily BI dataset and its schema were added. In the site audit you can re-audit a single criterion on its own and attach a declaration and evidence link to each criterion. When coverage is insufficient, no misleading score is shown. The data-protection screen states plainly that raw answer text is retained while automatic redaction is off.

v23.1.105732 updates
NewInventory

Inventory: ABC count calendar, auto-replenishment and a mapping shortcut

Pick a warehouse, a horizon and a start date, and count sheets are generated at different frequencies per ABC class — A often, C rarely. The backend was ready but nothing on screen called it, so every count had to be opened by hand. Auto-replenishment is genuinely usable now too: you switch automatic order rules on and off, generated orders wait as drafts, and an error from the last run is no longer hidden. And when a sales channel is missing its warehouse mapping, clicking the warning takes you straight to the mapping editor — previously nothing told you where the fix lived.

ImprovedMarketing

Why was that conversion upload skipped?

The dashboard told you how many conversions dropped, but not why. Seven skip reasons are now named on screen: no identifier, unsupported event, no value, no link, no contact permission, consent unreadable, excluded. The window is computed in your organisation's time zone. Lead-form evidence cards now also show the last successful fetch time and a specific failure reason — "access restricted" versus "temporarily unavailable".

ImprovedMarketing

SEO: data the audit was hiding is now on screen

Five fields of the URL inspection response — whether Google could fetch the page, indexing status, robots.txt permission, the device crawled, rich-result validation — were never rendered, so half of what your Google quota paid for never reached you. All of them are now shown. The sitemap crawl also states how many rows were silently dropped for having no path. In the cannibalisation diagnosis, "12 overlapping queries" now comes with its denominator: how many queries were scanned and how many pages the position filter removed. A separate screen for SEO operation status was added as well.

NewMarketing

GEO: AI bot traffic now has its own page

Data on AI bots visiting your site is now a series broken down by day, signal and provider, so "GPTBot came 40 times last week and 12 this week" is finally a question you can ask. Days with no measurement are drawn as a gap rather than a zero, so "no data" is never confused with "no bot came". The Engines, Sources and Prompts pages also gained clickable distribution charts — click a colour and the table below filters to it.

NewSales & CRM

Radar agent health and "Nearby" on mobile

Rocketly mobile now lists your Opportunity Radar agents, and agents that have not run for two full periods are pulled to the top and badged even if they still say "Active" — so you can tell in the field whether an agent is really working. A new Nearby screen asks for location permission and offers four radius options, the same quick filters as desktop, and cards with a distance badge.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Opportunity Radar: records with a doubtful location are now flagged

Businesses whose address could not be resolved precisely and landed on a city centre no longer claim to be "0 m away". The Nearby list and the map now use the same signal: the distance is replaced with "approx. location", the map pin is drawn with a dashed outline, and the reason is given in the popup. Hundreds of businesses used to appear piled on a single point.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Bulk actions and a real lifecycle for contracts

Contracts can now be selected in bulk to cancel, delete or export to CSV/Excel — this existed for quotes but not for contracts, so closing fifty expired ones meant opening each in turn. Expired contracts now genuinely move to "expired"; a contract that ended in 2019 used to still count as active and feed the revenue report. Contracts marked "auto-renew" actually renew, and the signed PDF is archived immutably.

NewSales & CRM

Companies: multiple links, hierarchy roll-ups and billing details

A contact can now be linked to more than one company with a stated role — decision maker, finance, technical. In the company hierarchy, the combined revenue and pipeline value of parents and subsidiaries is visible at a glance, and circular links are detected. The company card gained billing title, tax office, IBAN (with format validation) and e-invoicing details.

ImprovedSales & CRM

Companies: sales context, a neglect badge and a change log

The company card now shows opportunity KPIs directly — active, won and lost value, with a warning when currencies are mixed. An "untouched" badge states how many days it has been since the last contact, against a threshold you set. Company records now keep a log of who changed what and when. Duplicate detection weighs name similarity together with identifier matches and offers bulk dismissal; CSV import now updates existing companies (records with a matching name used to be skipped silently) and previews exactly what the real run will do. Custom views are stored on the server, so they survive when you sign in from another device.

NewConstruction

Post-handover warranty tracking, and "whose turn is it" in the work centre

Whether a defect was reported before or after handover is now distinguished, and the warranty period is calculated under the applicable law (five years, twenty for gross defects) and shown both in the defect list and in the buyer portal. In the work centre, every row — RFI, punch item, inspection, purchase request — now says who the item is waiting on and for how many days. The system separates "unknown" from "assigned to nobody", so the person who raised a request is never shown as the one holding it up.

NewConstruction

Price-per-m² heat grid and commission breakdown

The block × floor grid is now coloured by price per m², using quantiles so that one outlier penthouse does not flatten the whole scale. Units without a price or an area are shown neutrally with a "not enough data" note instead of being painted as cheap. On the commission side there is now a breakdown chart separating earned from paid, with mixed currencies and unreadable amounts reported separately — previously there was only a paginated list, and the total of the page you were looking at could be mistaken for the total.

NewConstruction

Package sales — several units on one contract

An apartment and a parking space can be sold as one package through a single portal. The screen shows each unit's share of the price and which VAT category it falls under, and rounding matches the server to the cent. Applying one VAT rate across a mixed package would produce a wrong figure — that is now prevented.

NewConstruction

Options and allowances: catalogue, unit balance and buyer-portal choices

Optional in-unit choices such as a kitchen package can now be run end to end: a project catalogue screen, per-unit allowance and balance tracking, and editing endpoints. The feature previously existed only over the API, with no screen at all. The buyer portal gained selection cards too — "Approve" and "None of these" — with deadline rules enforced exactly as the server applies them.

NewConstruction

Per-unit VAT engine and VAT refund

A single VAT percentage used to be entered by hand for a whole project, which was wrong for units above 150 m². The engine now derives the banded rate from each unit's net area and type, shows its reasoning, and applies it to the payment plan. Input VAT is now stored on direct costs, so carried-forward and refundable VAT can actually be computed — that data was not held anywhere before, so the refund figure could not be produced without guessing.

ImprovedCommunication

Web chat: instant messaging, webhooks and setup guidance

Agent replies now reach the visitor's screen immediately instead of waiting for a poll every 4.5 seconds; if the connection drops, the old method takes over automatically and nothing changes on your site. Chat events — conversation started, message received, conversion tracked — can be streamed to your own systems through signed webhooks. You set the conversation retention period yourself, and visitors get a "forget me on this device" button. The install snippet can be emailed to your developer, and platform-specific warnings for WordPress, Shopify and GTM are shown up front.

NewCommunication

Web chat: A/B testing, deflection rate and cost transparency

You can compare two greeting messages, and the system will not declare a winner before it has enough statistical evidence — so you do not stop early on a false result. The dashboard now shows separately how many conversations the AI answered without handing off to a human, and how many it actually resolved. Real AI credit consumption for the month and an end-of-month projection are shown too.

ImprovedCommunication

Web chat: one embed code, many behaviours

Different page groups on your site — a campaign page versus the rest — can get their own greeting, colours and behaviour without touching the embed code. Profiles are an ordered list where the first match wins, and they update in single-page apps without a reload. You can adjust the launcher button's margin and hide it entirely on mobile. The proactive greeting bubble's frequency is now a choice too: once per visit, once per unique visitor, or on every page load.

NewCommunication

An IVR menu for inbound calls, and a caller ID per agent

You can now build a keypad menu for inbound calls: a greeting, a "no input" message, and a route to an agent for each digit from 1 to 9. Whether the target agent is active and permitted is re-checked both when the rule is saved and when the call arrives. You can also maintain a list of verified numbers and let each agent pick, in their own settings, which one to use for outbound calls — previously the whole organisation shared a single number.

NewCommunication

Versioning and release approval for QA forms

Quality forms now follow a draft → publish → retire lifecycle. A published form cannot be edited, and creating a new version automatically retires the previous published one. In-progress and completed reviews keep the form version they were assigned, so a later edit never rewrites past scores. Reviews assigned to an evaluator also collect in their own worklist, with due date and form version.

NewCommunication

Agents can see their own QA score — and dispute it

The call detail panel now shows the quality score given to your own call along with the evaluator's note. If you disagree, you can open a dispute with your reasoning; it moves to "under review" and the process is tracked. Previously the person being evaluated could not see their own result at all.

NewPlatform

Your own branding on quote and contract PDFs

The logo, typeface and brand colour used in the quote and contract PDFs your customers receive can now be changed from Settings. Two live services already read this setting, but there was no screen to write it — branding was effectively locked.

NewPlatform

Media: link a Drive file without copying it

Bringing a Google Drive file into the CRM no longer creates two copies — the file is linked by reference, preview and download go straight to Drive, and it does not count against your storage quota. When tagging a file, the system also suggests tags based on its name, folder and type; the suggestion box says plainly that this is a guess and what it is based on.

NewPlatform

Media: files are now attached to CRM records

A file can be linked to several leads, customers, opportunities and quotes at once, and shows up in the Files tab of each. You can see how many people opened a share link and when. The library also gained a detail panel (metadata, inline editing, activity history), bulk move/tag/download, starring, and file versioning — you can roll back to an earlier version of a file you overwrote.

NewPlatform

Media: one link for a whole folder — and for collecting files

A fifteen-file handover no longer needs fifteen links: share an entire folder through a single link with a password, expiry, download permission and an option to include subfolders. Collecting documents from someone without an account is also one link — set a title, instructions, deadline, password and a cap, and uploaded files land straight in the library. The share dialog now also has a visibility control: you choose whether a link is open to search engines.

NewPlatform

Media: pin a comment to a point on the image

Saying "the logo on page three is too small" no longer means writing an email — you click the spot on the image and leave the comment there. It stays anchored to that point, can be replied to and marked resolved. A photo shot sideways can also be rotated or converted right in the app; the share link, CRM links and tags all survive, and the previous version is kept in history.

NewPlatform

Media: search inside the file, not just its name

You no longer have to listen to an audio or video recording end to end to find out what was said: the detail panel shows a transcript, and search finds results inside it. Scanned contracts and photos are searchable too — the words inside a whiteboard photo called "IMG_20260412_143255.jpg" can now be found. Transcription costs credits, so it runs on request rather than automatically.

NewPlatform

CRM Experience — design the lead detail screen yourself

From the Build workspace you can now design the lead detail page layout — field groups, one or two columns, tabs, conditional visibility, action buttons — and manage it through draft → review → publish → roll back. Conflicting releases are refused at publish time, and team/role conflicts surface as warnings. Forms can be given a 0-100 priority order. Most importantly: what you publish is now actually rendered on the lead detail screen.

ImprovedAI

Call analysis now uses your industry's criteria

Scoring categories specific to your industry — real estate, healthcare, finance — are now actually applied in every analysis. The setting existed, but analyses were always scored against fixed generic categories. The same goes for your mandatory compliance statements (a data-protection notice, say): they are now genuinely checked, and results are shown in your own wording. Required and optional items are also distinguished. Coaching heat maps and trends deliberately stay on the five core categories so comparisons with past analyses still hold.

ImprovedAI

AI Chat: "revenue" is now a question you can ask

Revenue, ciro and выручка can be queried directly — "revenue this month", "revenue vs. last year", "revenue of lost opportunities". Time-bucket phrasing now works in all three languages: "by month leads", "aylara göre lead", "помесячно" return a real breakdown instead of a flat total. Three new cross-table views were added: calls by agent, overdue instalments by project, late deliveries by supplier.

NewAI

AI Chat: every number now carries "vs. previous period"

Questions that resolve to a single number — "how many leads this month?" — now come back with the comparison attached: "Previous period 120 (↑19.2%)". No second question needed. Month-over-month and year-over-year comparison cards for leads, opportunities, revenue, customers, quotes, tasks, appointments, calls and sales invoices are now discoverable in the catalogue.

NewAI

Every step in Build is visible — and stoppable

Every operation running in your project (plan, patch, staging release) now appears in an activity list, and you can open any job to inspect its steps. A running job can be cancelled with "Stop" and you can watch it wind down — cancelling never touches your source, preview or staging. Build, test and preview runs state their credit cost up front, and nothing starts before credit is reserved.

NewAI

Rocketly Build — from an idea to a working product

Start a project from scratch in your own isolated workspace, or copy one of the verified starter templates. Each starter comes with its own setup checklist, and the plan that summarises your goal and page structure is now saved to the project instead of disappearing on refresh. A separate plan provider suggests layouts — review-only: the model cannot write code, grant permissions or publish. You decide.

v23.1.47711 updates
NewCommunication

Saved views and bulk outcomes in the call log

Filter combinations you use often can be saved and recalled in one click. You can also set the outcome on several calls in a single action instead of opening each row.

NewMarketing

Search engine submission and report baselines

Your IndexNow key file is verified before you try to submit, so "am I ready?" is not answered by a failed submission. "No sitemap" and "sitemap not submitted" are now shown as different states. In reports you can choose the comparison baseline — the same period last year, for instance — and add your own commentary next to the numbers, clearly marked as commentary rather than measurement.

NewMarketing

Content gaps: "do I have a page for this question?"

The "People also ask" questions that appear in search results are now stored and matched against the pages on your site, so you can see which questions have no page answering them — instead of guessing from a keyword list.

NewAutomation

A daily rhythm in your workspace

You can open the day with a planning flow and get a briefing before a meeting. View preferences persist, and work can be handed to an overnight queue so results are waiting in the morning. Suggestions now explain why they were raised, and any of them can be deferred to a definite date.

NewAI

Chat charts that work without colour vision

The chart palette has been reselected and a pattern channel added alongside colour, so two series are never distinguished by hue alone. You can drill from a chart into the detail behind it and export what you see — the export carries the filters it was taken with.

NewAI

AI Chat: insights that cost no credits

Summaries and cards generated from the record you are viewing no longer consume credits. Questions can now follow a relationship in two steps (from a customer to their opportunities, for example), search inside the body text of notes and descriptions, and search call transcripts straight from the chat. The assistant also tells you which actions depend on your plan or an add-on.

NewPlatform

Integration health you can actually read

Every connection now has an owner — whoever connected it is the owner by default. Warnings show their age and how often they have repeated, so a chronic problem is not confused with a fresh failure. When a connection fails, diagnostic detail is kept; the raw body returned by the provider is not. Scopes that will only arrive after re-consent are listed in their own section.

NewPlatform

Smarter retries for outgoing webhooks

Failed deliveries are now retried on intervals that depend on the type of error, and the receiver's Retry-After header is respected. An endpoint that keeps failing is no longer switched off for good: it is probed periodically and comes back on its own once it recovers, so you don't have to re-enable the integration by hand after a long outage.

NewPlatform

Who can connect this app?

You can now set an install policy per connector. A user without permission opens a request instead of hitting a closed door, and both the request and the decision are announced to each side. "Why can't I connect this?" no longer turns into a support ticket.

NewCommunication

WhatsApp button messages and inbound calls

All four call-to-action button types are now usable, and button messages can carry a header and an image. Inbound WhatsApp calls also appear in the CRM — until now they were not recorded anywhere, so a customer's attempt to reach you left no trace.

NewCommunication

A safer sending engine for WhatsApp

Newly connected numbers now start on a warm-up schedule: daily volume opens gradually, hourly and per-recipient caps apply, and natural gaps are placed between messages. Reply rate and cold-outreach ratio are watched continuously, so you are warned before a number gets restricted. Each session runs through an exit IP aligned with the number's country.

No updates match these filters.
