Project detail gained a submittal object. The list carries number, title, specification, status, who holds the ball (reviewer or contractor), the review deadline and the round count. You can record a review with its result code and note, and send a new revision round for a rejected submittal. The screen states plainly whether fabrication may proceed, and “In review” and “Awaiting revision” KPIs sit at the top with a “{{n}} days left” counter.
Whether a defect was reported before or after handover is now distinguished, and the warranty period is calculated under the applicable law (five years, twenty for gross defects) and shown both in the defect list and in the buyer portal. In the work centre, every row — RFI, punch item, inspection, purchase request — now says who the item is waiting on and for how many days. The system separates "unknown" from "assigned to nobody", so the person who raised a request is never shown as the one holding it up.
The block × floor grid is now coloured by price per m², using quantiles so that one outlier penthouse does not flatten the whole scale. Units without a price or an area are shown neutrally with a "not enough data" note instead of being painted as cheap. On the commission side there is now a breakdown chart separating earned from paid, with mixed currencies and unreadable amounts reported separately — previously there was only a paginated list, and the total of the page you were looking at could be mistaken for the total.
An apartment and a parking space can be sold as one package through a single portal. The screen shows each unit's share of the price and which VAT category it falls under, and rounding matches the server to the cent. Applying one VAT rate across a mixed package would produce a wrong figure — that is now prevented.
Optional in-unit choices such as a kitchen package can now be run end to end: a project catalogue screen, per-unit allowance and balance tracking, and editing endpoints. The feature previously existed only over the API, with no screen at all. The buyer portal gained selection cards too — "Approve" and "None of these" — with deadline rules enforced exactly as the server applies them.
A single VAT percentage used to be entered by hand for a whole project, which was wrong for units above 150 m². The engine now derives the banded rate from each unit's net area and type, shows its reasoning, and applies it to the payment plan. Input VAT is now stored on direct costs, so carried-forward and refundable VAT can actually be computed — that data was not held anywhere before, so the refund figure could not be produced without guessing.
3D model loading is now bounded and the scene stream is isolated from other work, so large models no longer hold up the rest of the page. Scenes opened from a shared link use the same protection, and the workspace controls were unified into a single layout.

The construction module gains a broker ledger and commission ledger, a late-fee "last calculated" stamp, live preview for pricing rules, and a rebuilt 3D building viewer that stays smooth even with 1,000+ units.
