v23.1.12392 updates
NewAutomation

Automatic direct message to whoever comments on your ad

Workflows gained a new trigger: “When a comment arrives” (a new public comment on Instagram or Facebook), and a matching action: “Send a private reply to the comment”. Conditions can use the comment text, the post it was left on, the channel and whether it was a live broadcast. In other words, “automatically DM anyone who asks about the price under an ad” is now a rule you can build.

ImprovedAutomation

Outside business hours is now a condition, not a separate engine

The “When a message arrives” and “When a conversation is opened” triggers gained a new condition field: being outside the channel's defined business hours. An out-of-hours auto-reply is no longer a separate mechanism but part of an ordinary rule, and it appears in workflow test runs too. Opening Workflows from Inbox settings now lands on a list already filtered to inbox automations.

v23.1.4771 updates
NewAutomation

A daily rhythm in your workspace

You can open the day with a planning flow and get a briefing before a meeting. View preferences persist, and work can be handed to an overnight queue so results are waiting in the morning. Suggestions now explain why they were raised, and any of them can be deferred to a definite date.

v23.0.1563 updates
ImprovedAutomation

Quiet hours, a daily message cap and exit conditions in follow-up sequences

Automated follow-up sequences no longer wake people at night or bury them in messages. If a message comes due during quiet hours it is not skipped — it is sent when the window ends. You can set a per-person daily cap, and that cap counts every automation message reaching them, not just this one sequence.

ImprovedAutomation

Search the body, sort the list, and send yourself a test in e-mail templates

Search now looks at the body as well as the name and subject — remember a sentence and you will find the template. The list can be ordered by default first, by name, by most used or by last updated. Before you send a saved template to anyone, you can send yourself a test copy.

NewAutomation

A focus queue on tasks

At the top of the tasks page sit at most three cards: the work to do now. They are labelled overdue, due today, high priority and next up. Debt older than thirty days no longer clogs the queue — one representative card is shown and the rest becomes a count in the heading.

v23.0.981 updates
NewAutomation

Forms: version history and submission review analytics

Version your form changes and roll back to an earlier version whenever you need. Track submissions through a review flow with analytics, and see how each form fills in and converts.

v23.0.31 updates
ImprovedAutomation

Workspace Notes — reminder agenda and call analytics

Save frequently used filters as views, see every reminder in one agenda and snooze when needed. Analyze call outcomes by distribution and person; on mobile, the offline queue safely syncs your changes when the connection returns.

v22.1.12841 updates
ImprovedAutomation

Faster forms

Dialogs that open empty now focus the first field automatically (12 screens); the AI modules menu moved to a compact icon rail for more room.

v22.1.12841 updates
NewAutomation

Automation: incoming webhooks, scheduled triggers & folders

Trigger a workflow from an incoming webhook sent by an external system (secret key + ready-made URL). A frequency/time/day or custom-cron picker for scheduled triggers; organize your workflows in nested folders; an “update task” action and AND-precedence in conditions.

v22.1.12848 updates
NewAutomation

Tasks: drag-to-reorder, time tracking & dependencies

Drag cards on the Kanban board to permanently change their order. Time tracking on tasks is now available on the web too, and you can set task dependencies (“finish this first”).

NewAutomation

reCAPTCHA v3 spam protection on web forms

Form submissions are protected end-to-end with reCAPTCHA v3; low-score suspicious entries drop into a separate review bucket, keeping your pipeline clean.

ImprovedAutomation

Automation: change history and new triggers

Who changed what, and when, is now logged for every workflow. View execution logs step by step, and add new triggers for task and appointment events.

ImprovedAutomation

My Day: guided actions and bulk operations

Complete a task or mark a lead "contacted" straight from your daily feed in one click. Bulk-complete or reassign overdue work, and set your own daily/weekly briefing preferences.

NewAutomation

Notes on every record — and search across all of them

Notes on leads, customers, deals, conversations and files now live in one unified system. Link a note to several records, mention a teammate with @ (they get notified), react with an emoji, leave comments and see the version history of every edit. “Search all” looks across every note you have, and conversation notes are now richer in the inbox too.

NewAutomation

Workspace Notes — one place for everything you jot down

A new Google Keep-style notes board: colored cards, labels, pinning, archive, checklists and file/image attachments. Drag cards to reorder, set reminders (they turn into notifications the moment you set them, and export to your calendar as .ics in one tap) and mark each note as Private, Team or Shared. A color filter plus smart views like “mentions me / overdue / this week” help you find what you need in seconds.

NewAutomation

Workflow designer: multi-branch, version history and more

Split a flow into up to 6 conditional paths with the new "Multi-Branch" node — unmatched records flow to the "Else" branch. Every save takes a version snapshot: browse history and restore an older version in one click. A new pipeline shortcut starts a "when stage changes" automation instantly.

NewAutomation

Automation Queue Manager: run everything from one screen

All workflow runs in a single org-wide queue page. Resume a failed run from the exact step it stopped at; automatic retries with backoff and sweeping of stuck jobs are built in. See each step's duration and status on a timeline, and cancel or retry in bulk.

No updates match these filters.
