v23.1.13385 updates
NewMarketing

Lead form readiness, capacity and scheduler transparency

Before you connect a Lead Ads form you can see what is missing: page subscription, permissions, target field mapping. The scheduler's current capacity is stated too, so it is never a mystery why a form hasn't been pulled yet.

ImprovedMarketing

A visible OAuth lifecycle on the Meta connection

While connecting your Meta account you can see which step you are on and what is being waited for, and an authorisation left half-finished is queued and completed. The Facebook Pages subscribed to Lead Ads are recorded, so which page is actually connected is not a guess.

ImprovedMarketing

Queueing, replay and the effective SLO in delivery

When capacity fills up, sends are queued rather than dropped, and go out when their turn comes. Failed deliveries can be replayed per provider. Where the service-level target shown on screen comes from — the plan or your own setting — is stated explicitly.

NewMarketing

Lead form operation history and coverage recovery plans

Every operation on a form — connecting, duplicating, re-verifying, disabling — sits in a filterable history. For gaps in coverage you can create a recovery plan and follow it through; the plan is durable and does not vanish when you close the tab.

ImprovedMarketing

Filter from card facets and a country filter in prospecting

Click a facet on a prospect card and filter straight to that value. Saved Prospects gained a country filter, and the filter bar now fits on one line — filters no longer eat half the screen.

v23.1.12399 updates
ImprovedMarketing

Write a standard-deviation (σ) threshold into an ad rule

An anomaly is no longer only a ready-made alert but a condition you can write into your own rule: thresholds such as “today's spend is more than 3σ above its own 28-day normal” are defined in the condition editor. A ready-made “Spend anomaly” condition was added as well. The σ and multiplier fields exclude each other, so you no longer save a rule and then hit an error; when a condition cannot run, the reason is stated plainly (works only on raw metrics, needs a single-day window, not enough daily data).

ImprovedMarketing

Narrow a rule by entity status, plus two new templates

Ad rules can now target only active or only paused entities. On top of that, two templates were added: “Restart a recovering campaign” (resumes a paused campaign whose 7-day ROAS is back on target) and “Lower the bid on expensive clicks” (reduces an ad set's bid when CPC exceeds the target). In the wizard, a template the platform does not support is greyed out with a reason up front; previously it could be selected and failed with a raw error on create.

ImprovedMarketing

The lead form validation queue is now something you can run

Every form in the schema validation queue gained an action dialog: approve, defer, assign an owner, change priority, add a note. Owners are chosen from active team members only, and removing an owner asks for explicit confirmation. The same dialog carries a history of who did what and when. The queue filters by platform, validation status, priority and “assigned to me”; a “Last seven days validation health” panel shows the success rate, attempt counts and recurring failure classes. Bulk updates can be applied to every form matching the filter as a cancellable background job. Filters are now kept in the address bar.

ImprovedMarketing

Sharing scope, quality exports and provider warnings for lead forms

A saved view can now be shared with just you, the whole organization, or selected teams. Quality CSV and delivery SLO CSV exports were added. The delivery recovery bulk action states in its confirmation how many forms and at most how many deliveries per form it will process. The LinkedIn Ads card shows the last polling failure as an orange warning, so “why aren't leads arriving” is answered on screen; the provider rate-limit badge now also states how many events occurred in the last 7 and 30 days.

ImprovedMarketing

Two small daily wins on the lead screens

The mapping step of the Excel import wizard gained a “Use previous mapping” button: the mappings of your last ten imports are read and the template that overlaps this file's columns the most is offered, with a hint naming the source file and how many columns it matches. Saved-view chips in the lead list are now grouped into “My views” and “Team views”, so in a busy organization you can tell whose a view is without inspecting a badge.

NewMarketing

SEO: Search Appearance page

A new page shows which search appearances (for example AI Overview) your pages have shown up in. It offers a period selector, a type filter, a trend chart, the record coverage (“{{from}} – {{to}} · {{n}} points”) and sample records. When no measurement exists yet the page says so plainly; with Search Console connected, the daily probe starts building history after the first successful record.

ImprovedMarketing

SEO audits now show the evidence itself

A technical audit now states what evidence the crawl rests on — raw HTML or JavaScript-rendered HTML (up to 25 pages) — and what each one does not prove. New finding types were added: skipped heading levels, duplicate heading anchors, broken in-page links and oversized Schema JSON-LD. A first CrUX measurement now asks for explicit consent because it spends quota, and failures come with a support ID you can share.

NewMarketing

GEO: a content flow and bulk actions on prompts

A draft written for AI answers now moves through Draft → In review → Approved → Re-audit; the person who wrote a draft cannot approve their own, and the flow publishes nothing to your site. Tracked prompts gained bulk actions: pause the selected ones, resume measurement, apply a topic tag, set business weight — each behind a “{{n}} prompts affected, past measurements are kept” confirmation. Keyword ideas now show a cost estimate and ask for approval first, then record what it actually cost. The processing-region declaration is versioned and evidence-linked.

ImprovedMarketing

GEO: report downloads and targeted re-audits

Report downloads are grouped into three sets (visibility reports, audit and plan, BI data), show progress while running and can be cancelled. A daily BI dataset and its schema were added. In the site audit you can re-audit a single criterion on its own and attach a declaration and evidence link to each criterion. When coverage is insufficient, no misleading score is shown. The data-protection screen states plainly that raw answer text is retained while automatic redaction is off.

v23.1.10573 updates
ImprovedMarketing

Why was that conversion upload skipped?

The dashboard told you how many conversions dropped, but not why. Seven skip reasons are now named on screen: no identifier, unsupported event, no value, no link, no contact permission, consent unreadable, excluded. The window is computed in your organisation's time zone. Lead-form evidence cards now also show the last successful fetch time and a specific failure reason — "access restricted" versus "temporarily unavailable".

ImprovedMarketing

SEO: data the audit was hiding is now on screen

Five fields of the URL inspection response — whether Google could fetch the page, indexing status, robots.txt permission, the device crawled, rich-result validation — were never rendered, so half of what your Google quota paid for never reached you. All of them are now shown. The sitemap crawl also states how many rows were silently dropped for having no path. In the cannibalisation diagnosis, "12 overlapping queries" now comes with its denominator: how many queries were scanned and how many pages the position filter removed. A separate screen for SEO operation status was added as well.

NewMarketing

GEO: AI bot traffic now has its own page

Data on AI bots visiting your site is now a series broken down by day, signal and provider, so "GPTBot came 40 times last week and 12 this week" is finally a question you can ask. Days with no measurement are drawn as a gap rather than a zero, so "no data" is never confused with "no bot came". The Engines, Sources and Prompts pages also gained clickable distribution charts — click a colour and the table below filters to it.

v23.1.4772 updates
NewMarketing

Search engine submission and report baselines

Your IndexNow key file is verified before you try to submit, so "am I ready?" is not answered by a failed submission. "No sitemap" and "sitemap not submitted" are now shown as different states. In reports you can choose the comparison baseline — the same period last year, for instance — and add your own commentary next to the numbers, clearly marked as commentary rather than measurement.

NewMarketing

Content gaps: "do I have a page for this question?"

The "People also ask" questions that appear in search results are now stored and matched against the pages on your site, so you can see which questions have no page answering them — instead of guessing from a keyword list.

v23.0.3441 updates
ImprovedMarketing

Category search and direct section links in the blog

Readers can search for a relevant post within a category and copy a direct link to a section of an article. Finding and sharing the exact part of a long article is faster.

v23.0.2741 updates
NewMarketing

Competitor rankings and search-result data

You can see where your competitors stand on the keywords you track. Ranking data now comes from the search results page, not only from your own click data, and visibility in AI search is brought together with search engine visibility in one place. Content intelligence shows which page is thin on which topic.

v23.0.1566 updates
NewMarketingHighlight

Lead operations center — watch delivery from form to CRM on one screen

Did the person who filled in your ad form actually reach the CRM? You no longer have to guess. The new centre at the top of the Lead Forms tab measures every step of delivery: open issues, per-form delivery performance, provider readiness and the queue of records that could not be delivered. It covers Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat, and the panel never shows personal data.

Open issues open themselves, take an owner and close as acknowledged or resolved — with the full history kept
Delivery performance compares the last 24 hours with the 24 before it: error rate, median and p95 processing latency, improving or degrading
Provider readiness is measured with four proofs: permission, webhook, CRM destination and the latest test delivery
Undeliverable records wait in their own queue and can be retried one by one or in bulk
The issue list can be filtered and exported as CSV
NewMarketing

Bring missed leads back — recovery with its limits printed on screen

You can pull back the historical records lost when a connection dropped or a permission lapsed. Before anything runs you get a preview of how many records will be scanned, the limits are written on screen, and the job can be stopped while it is running. Available for Meta and LinkedIn forms.

NewMarketing

Meta data freshness diagnostic — the answer to "why is this stale?"

When your ad reports do not show the day you expect, one dialog tells you why: is the connection up, what is the latest day of data and how old is it, when did the background worker last finish successfully, when was account metadata refreshed, and is the access token still valid. The token value is never printed on screen — only its state.

ImprovedMarketing

Attribution rules for non-Meta forms — revenue lands on the right campaign

For TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat forms, a provider's display name or a free-form UTM label was never a campaign id. Now you map the form — and optionally a specific UTM campaign — to the real campaign id yourself, and the lead → deal → revenue report reads from that audited mapping.

ImprovedMarketing

SEO: traffic-drop review, internal link drafts and audit exports

The list of pages losing traffic can now be reviewed by team members without task-writing permission, and every row jumps straight to that URL's lifecycle. When an internal link draft is being prepared you can see which row is working, audit results download in three formats, and rank tracking can measure the same keywords on another device or country and show you the gap.

ImprovedMarketing

Ad rules: the currency next to a threshold, the reason behind a disabled button, and a way out of an empty list

Guardrail thresholds now carry the currency of the ad account they belong to: in an organisation whose base is one currency and whose account is another, "500" meant two different real thresholds. When a button is disabled the reason is written on screen, and an empty list now tells you what to do next.

v23.0.1064 updates
NewMarketing

Competitor Intelligence — track your rivals from one screen

Follow your competitors' ads, keywords and search visibility in one place. Build your brand list, run a scan and see who is winning where, backed by your own data.

ImprovedMarketing

Competitor Intelligence goes deeper — comparisons, scheduled scans and content briefs

Scans now build up into a timeline, so you can put two moments side by side and see exactly what changed. Saved comparison sets, tags and filters, CSV/PDF export, scheduled automatic scans and an opt-in weekly email digest are all in. Turn a keyword gap into an AI content brief in one click, link a finding to a deal, and compare yourself with your sector without exposing anyone's identity. Multiple brands and multiple branches are supported.

NewMarketing

Creative Intelligence — score your ad creative before you publish it

Score banners, videos and landing pages the moment you upload them, and see where you stand against the sector average line. There is a dedicated video tab, side-by-side creative comparison and landing page review. The price is shown on screen before you spend anything, and your credit is reserved when the job starts — no surprises.

ImprovedMarketing

The GEO panel now asks four questions instead of listing eleven menu names

The menu was rebuilt around four questions — where do I stand, who is ahead, what should I do, what does the evidence say — with everything else gathered under Advanced. A Simple / Advanced view mode lets you strip the screen back to what you need. Every number on the dashboard is a door into its own detail, and “not measured” no longer looks like “zero” in the tables.

v23.0.1062 updates
ImprovedMarketing

v22.1.601 updates

v22.1.111 updates
NewMarketing

Yandex Direct ads in Rocketly

v22.1.40522 updates
ImprovedMarketing

Ad Automation is much smarter

Write rules in plain language and backtest them — “how many times would this rule have fired in the last 7 days?” Roll a rule out to a slice of campaigns with A/B canary; plus anomaly detection, time-of-day rules (dayparting), bulk approval, budget undo and conflicting-rule warnings.

ImprovedMarketing

SEO tools are much more powerful

Rank tracking now pulls queries from Google Search Console and comes with segments, visibility and drop alerts. Compare two crawls across dates, track issue history with time-series charts; internal link graph, Core Web Vitals and PDF/CSV export are here too.

v22.1.31671 updates
NewMarketingHighlight

Ad Automation — advertising managed by rules

Automate your Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ads with rules (TikTok/LinkedIn beta): budget, bid and status changes without manual work. Everything starts OFF behind a master switch; preview never writes real changes and critical actions go through an approval queue.

Rule engine: condition → action (budget, bid, pause/start)
Master switch — OFF by default; nothing changes until you turn it on
Preview: shows what would happen, does NOT write to the real account
Approval queue: critical changes aren't applied until you approve
Ready-made strategy templates — with safety guardrails
Protection against traps like pausing a winning campaign

v22.1.31671 updates
NewMarketing

Marketing: Meta + Google now in one dashboard

The dashboard is now always unified — the account filter is gone. You get a blended GA4 + Search Console organic/web trend, Channel Mix & Efficiency, AI insights right on the dashboard, plus Audience insights that combine Meta and Google Ads demographics. Panels backed only by Meta data are clearly badged.

v22.1.12841 updates
