A “Goals” page has been added to the Opportunities menu. With “Create goal” you enter a monthly, quarterly or yearly target for won revenue or the number of won deals and choose its start and end dates. The list shows how much of each goal has been achieved so far and the progress towards it; revenue is measured in your organisation’s base currency and won deals as a count. If the goal and the result are in different currencies, progress is not estimated and the reason is shown instead. From the same page you can open the goal report or delete a goal you no longer need. The page is available to everyone who can view opportunities, including on the free plan.

Keyword Planner, Performance Max insights and video reports in Google Ads
New read-only panels have been added to the advanced section of the Google Ads page. In “Keyword Planner” you get new keyword ideas from keywords or a web page, check the historical search volume of keywords and see their forecast performance; the “Ad group themes” and “Setup recommendations” tabs are here too. “Performance Max insights” lists the search terms and asset performance of your PMax campaigns. “Video metrics and placements” shows video view rates and the sites, channels or videos where your ads appeared. Google Ads reports also gain day-and-hour and region highlights and device-level impression share charts. None of these panels change anything in your account.

AI Chat in the mobile app: ask about files, see charts and record cards
AI Chat in the Rocketly mobile app has moved closer to the web version. You can pick a document on your phone and ask a question about it; file limits are the same as on the web and you can cancel a send halfway. Numeric answers are now drawn as charts and visual cards instead of plain text. Records mentioned in an answer open inside the app with one tap, across 12 supported record types.

Visitors choose their own time zone on the booking page
On the public booking page, visitors pick their own time zone with “Select time zone”; calendar days and free slots update to the chosen zone. You can preview your weekly working hours before publishing them. You can copy the link a guest uses to manage their booking from the booking record, or invalidate every previously shared link with “Revoke old link”; the reminder sent to the guest states how long the link stays valid. The appointment calendar opens with a full month grid and shows separately whether the appointment reached each calendar provider.

Set your own AI credit alert thresholds
An “AI credit alerts” dialog has been added to the AI credit usage dashboard. You can keep your plan’s default alert thresholds or enter your own first-warning and critical-warning percentages for the organisation; the alert for running out of credits always stays at 100%. The dashboard shows which threshold is in effect and whether it comes from the plan or from your organisation’s setting. The month-end forecast now has a “likely range” based on actual usage over recent days, and a separate warning tells you roughly when credits may run out if usage continues at this pace.
ImprovedAutomation
Fixed-length A/B experiments in follow-up sequences
A/B experiments on follow-up sequence steps now run for a period set in advance. When you start an experiment you choose how many days new participants are enrolled; the screen shows the enrolment end and the decision time. The measured outcome is the reply or conversion from a person’s first run, and failed sends still count towards the people assigned. When the decision time arrives the result is settled once and later events do not change it. If the step’s content changes while the experiment is running, or the experiment is stopped early, no winner is declared.

Conversion upload settings and data-sharing consent
Lead Operations now has conversion upload settings: this is where you enter the CRM event set for TikTok and the conversion action for Google Ads; secret fields show only their last characters once saved. At the top of the section, the “Data sharing with ad platforms” card lets the organisation owner or an admin confirm and turn on, or turn off, sharing lead conversions with ad platforms; it shows who made the last change and when. Until now there was no screen for giving this consent, so conversion uploads were skipped. Platforms not covered by the consent are listed by name on the card.
ImprovedMarketing
Page selection and automatic form sync for Meta lead forms
In Lead Forms you can now choose which Facebook Pages’ forms to track for Meta: every accessible Page is listed with its form permission, your choice is saved and the form list refreshes accordingly. If you have more than one connected account, you also choose which account the forms come from. With the new “Automatic form sync” turned on, new Meta forms are checked every 6 hours; when it is off, you sync new forms manually. Either way, leads keep flowing from existing forms. If access to a Page has been revoked, the selection screen says so.
ImprovedMarketing
Meta tools: Meta recommendations, brand safety and a long-range report
New panels have been added to the tools section of the Meta Ads page. “Meta recommendations and opportunity score” lists in Rocketly the recommendations Meta shows in Ads Manager and your account’s opportunity score; you see how much each recommendation adds to the score and which objects it affects, and you can open it in Ads Manager with one click. “Brand safety” shows an ad set’s inventory filter settings. “Long-range report” prepares reports for long date ranges in the background. The account’s DSA defaults and the Advantage+ status of campaigns are shown here as well, and ads with dynamic or Advantage+ creative show a creative summary on their row.
ImprovedMarketing
Impression share, term popularity and change history for Apple Ads campaigns
The Apple Ads campaign page has a new “Apple Ads insights” section. “Impression share” shows the share of searches your campaign captures, “Term popularity” the popularity of search terms and “Change history” the changes made in the account, while “Breakdown report” and “Ad level” split performance by the dimension you choose. Data loads only for the tab you open. You can sort the breakdown report and download it as CSV, and share the selected tab and filters as a link. “Phrase / category suggestions” gives keyword ideas for your app. The campaign page also lists ad groups, keywords, negative keywords and search terms live from Apple.
ImprovedMarketing
Hourly ad series and breakdown insights for Snapchat
An “Hourly series and delivery insights” panel has been added to the Snapchat page. The “Hourly (ad)” tab shows a single ad’s performance hour by hour through the day. In the “Breakdown” tab you choose a breakdown and an attribution window for the ad account, a campaign or a lower level and see performance split by that breakdown; long reports are prepared in the background.
ImprovedMarketing
Ad approval status and rejection alerts in Rocketly
The approval status of your ads on each platform is now visible in Rocketly. On TikTok and Snapchat campaign pages, the review card highlights ads that are not approved or have been rejected, with the reasons, and can list all ads if you want. In Google Ads, each ad’s row shows its approval and review status together with any policy topics. The Yandex Direct moderation panel also shows the ad’s headline, text, link and image, so you no longer need to go to Yandex to see what is under review. In LinkedIn you get a notification when a creative is rejected or held for review.
ImprovedMarketing
Segment breakdowns, CTA/VTA and performance ranking in ChatGPT Ads reports
Two tabs have been added to the ChatGPT Ads campaign tools: “Segment report” splits performance by breakdown and shows click-through (CTA) and view-through (VTA) conversions separately, while “Crawl evidence” shows how the ad’s landing page was crawled. In reports, “Period performance ranking” sorts items by the metric you choose, and the click-through conversion rate is included. The daily chart can draw different metrics on a comparable scale, and clicking a day opens all of that day’s metrics. You can share the report view as a link and see which pages and rows a CSV will contain before you download it.
ImprovedMarketing
Personal table views and chart-to-table navigation in Matomo
With “Personal table views” in Matomo reports you can save a report’s columns, sorting and page layout to your account under a name and open it again with one click; only the layout is saved, not the data. Choosing “Open data” on a chart point opens the matching row in the table. You can choose the row density of tables and move between columns with the keyboard. When a comparison with the previous period is not possible or data is missing, the chart shows why, and if no site is selected the screen guides you to pick one.
ImprovedMarketing
Day-and-hour heatmap and cross-device preferences in the Marketing Dashboard
A “Day and hour intensity” heatmap has been added to the Marketing Dashboard: it shows on which days of the week and at which hours Google Analytics 4 sessions or Meta ad data are concentrated, and narrows to the connected account selected on the dashboard. On your phone, you choose the four metrics shown in the summary strip with “Choose summary metrics”. The selected account, visible columns, primary metrics and the trend table preference are now saved to your account, so you find the same layout when you sign in from another device. Spend in different currencies is shown separately per currency instead of with a made-up conversion.

Your campaign drafts on every device
In the campaign wizard, “Save to my account” stores the draft in your account so you can open it on another device from the “Show drafts” list; you only need to upload images and videos again. Campaign, group and ad drafts you prepare in ChatGPT Ads are also saved under a name and open across devices. Starting the wizard over now asks for confirmation, so a draft is not deleted by accident. During launch, the campaign’s status on each platform is tracked separately as “Creating”, “Done” or “Could not be created”.
ImprovedMarketing
GEO: live competitor search progress, competitor editing and mention tone
In the competitor step of GEO Setup, the search for suggestions is shown live with the elapsed time; if the search stops partway, what has been found so far is listed and you can retry the rest. Your own site no longer appears among the suggestions, and where it makes sense, indirect competitors from an adjacent category are suggested alongside direct ones. You can change a competitor you have added with “Edit competitor” without leaving setup. The GEO dashboard shows the tone in which your brand is mentioned in AI answers as an estimated distribution, and “Review answer evidence” takes you to the related answers.
ImprovedMarketing
Competitor Analysis by the brand’s country; share comparisons
In Competitor Analysis you can optionally enter “Brand country” for each brand; search data and ad library scans are then run for that country’s market, and the brand card shows the country as “user confirmed”. You can send a competitor comparison as a link with “Share comparison”; whoever opens it sees only the data they are allowed to see. Filters in the competitor list can be shared with a link too. Brand insights have become action cards that show how many sources returned data and when the data was collected.

AI Coaching: weekly summary email, accessible summary and next task
With the “Get the weekly summary by email” switch on the coaching dashboard, you can receive the weekly coaching summary at your own email address. The coaching profile now has an “Accessible coaching summary” that reads well with screen readers too. In the development plan, “Next task” highlights the first concrete thing to do, and cancelled tasks or tasks with an unknown status are flagged for you to review. In manager notes, “Show changes from the previous version” shows added and removed paragraphs, and long notes expand in full when you want.
ImprovedAI
Automatic website refresh and large documents in knowledge sources
Website sources in Knowledge Sources now have an “Automatic refresh” option: the site can be re-read by itself every day, every 7 days or every 30 days, and the next refresh time is shown on the source card. Large texts and documents are indexed in the background, and you can follow the job on the card. When you add a new website source and a source already exists at the same or an equivalent address, that one is shown first and you can use the existing source instead. You can filter the source list by status and freshness.
ImprovedAI
Save chart views in AI Chat and download long answers as PDF and PNG
In AI Chat, after arranging a chart answer the way you want, you can name it and keep it with “Save view”, then reopen it from the “Saved views” list. Long answers download as a PDF split into readable pages, or as PNG (inside a ZIP when long). The downloaded PDF also ends with the searchable text of the answer.

Conditions between steps and a per-run credit limit in Super Agent playbooks
In Super Agent playbooks you can tie a step to the outcome of earlier steps you select: you set a condition so it runs when “All selected” or “Any selected” succeed or fail, and you make each step use only the part of the trigger data it needs. Before saving, a “Complexity preview” shows the number of write, critical, external delivery and conditional steps and the estimated credit cost. Every run has a credit ceiling, and no new step starts once it is exceeded. A run you cancel does not execute later steps, and you see edits made at a step waiting for approval before it continues. In agent memory you can restore archived entries, and find entries that are about to expire with the “Re-verify” filter to verify and extend them.
ImprovedAI
AI Routing: per-agent capacity and human review of decisions
In AI Routing you can set a “concurrent capacity” for each agent; if it is left empty the organisation capacity is used, and with load balancing on, the agent’s current active work against capacity appears in the decision explanation. In the new “Confidence range review” you mark decisions as “Suitable” or “Not suitable”, and the rates are calculated only from these human reviews. You can filter the decision history by reason code and by whether a decision has been reviewed, and download the workload as a file. The agent editor shows keywords that clash with other agents.
ImprovedCommunication
Call Center: import holidays from CSV, enter targets in bulk, archive scripts
The holiday calendar in Call Center settings now has “Import holiday list”: you upload a year’s holidays from CSV, review them as a draft checked row by row, and then save. Archiving one of your organisation’s own closed days no longer changes past SLA results. On the daily targets card, “Paste bulk targets” brings in team and personal targets at once and previews them before they are applied. When you change the cooldown for SLA alerts, “Show sample alert sequence” shows which alerts would be sent and which suppressed, without saving. Call script templates can be archived and restored; if someone else changed the same template, your draft is kept and you merge the differences by choosing. “Alert summary” in transcript search gathers the daily match alerts you received.

General Ledger: bulk drafts for past documents, stock opening and count difference entries
General Ledger has a new “Historical source entries” section: documents recorded before you started using the General Ledger that have no journal entry yet — sales invoices, expenses, collections and payments, transfers, returns, service revenue and bank fees — are listed as candidates; drafts are prepared in bulk from the ones you select, and each draft still goes through the approval and posting steps on its own. In the stock movement list you can prepare a “Stock opening entry draft” for a physical opening movement, and a count difference entry draft for the shortage or surplus of a completed count; the amount comes from the movement’s recorded cost and you choose the counter account. For foreign-currency cash and bank accounts, “Exchange difference preview” calculates the period-end revaluation difference without recording anything, and you can attach the TCMB document as rate evidence and submit it for independent approval.
ImprovedPlatform
An open comparison on the subscription page and the right plan for locked features
The “Detailed feature comparison” on the subscription page now opens expanded; as you scroll down the long table, plan names, prices for the selected billing period and the select buttons stay pinned at the top. On narrow screens the plan cards can be browsed by swiping sideways. When you open a feature that is not in your plan, the screen names the plan or add-on that feature needs and shows the recommended plan next to your current one; locked modules in Trash and data management also show the right upgrade path.

“Don’t show again” on the product tour invitation
A “Don’t show again” option has been added to the product tour invitation, so if you do not want the tour, the invitation no longer reappears every 24 hours. You can start the tour at any time from the Setup Tour Guide card in Settings.
ImprovedPlatform
“Load more” for every record type in global search
On the global search results page, each record type now has “Load more” below it, so you are not limited to the first results and can fetch that type’s next results without leaving the page. Results only include records you have access to.

Encoding and delimiter choice and ambiguous date warnings in lead import
In lead import, the CSV preview shows which encoding and delimiter the file was read with; if Turkish characters look garbled, you can change the encoding or delimiter and click “Refresh preview”, and your choice is kept for large files too. Dates that can be read two ways, such as 05/06/2026, are shown before mapping with how they will be interpreted (day/month/year). If the source file of an older import can no longer be found, you can provide it again with “Re-upload” and continue; existing lead records are kept.
ImprovedSales & CRM
Recipient confirmation when sending contracts, PDF language for risk reports
Before a contract is sent, the “Send contract?” dialog shows the recipient’s email address, and the contract goes only to the recipient you confirm; the same contract cannot be sent twice by mistake within 10 seconds. When you download the risk review report as PDF, “PDF language” lets you choose Turkish, English or Russian. Before you create obligations from risk suggestions, each suggestion’s estimated due date and reminder date are shown.

Pre-send reasons and sent content history for Opportunity Radar emails
In Opportunity Radar, recipients who cannot be emailed are listed before sending under “Recipients needing action”, each with the reason and a fix. In the sending history, “Show content at send time” shows the exact text that went out. When you add addresses in bulk to outreach blocks, a row-by-row report tells you how many were added and why the others were skipped. Records show when the email and phone were last verified and suggest re-verifying when that was long ago, and the components that make up the contact quality score are explained.

Source page selection for SEO task drafts, cost preview for keyword volume lookups
In SEO, when you prepare a task draft from internal link opportunities or a cannibalization review, you choose which source pages go into the draft yourself; up to 5 pages can be selected for cannibalization. Before you look up keyword volume, you see how many of the selected keywords are already cached, how many would go to the paid provider, the estimated amount and your remaining budget, and you can view the cached ones for free.

Firebase is now in Marketing: app analytics in one panel
You can connect Firebase with your Google account under Marketing › Connections; if the account has more than one project, you choose which one to connect. In the Firebase panel, “Overview” shows active and new users, engagement, revenue, the daily trend, the platform split and realtime users for the last 30 minutes. The “Acquisition”, “Engagement”, “Retention”, “Revenue”, “Versions & devices” and “Audiences” tabs go into detail, and in “Report builder” you pick your own dimensions and metrics to build a report. You can filter the data to a single iOS, Android or web app, compare the overview with the previous period and download reports as CSV. Analytics is read from the Google Analytics 4 property linked to your project, and the connection asks for read-only access.

Report dashboards: build your own dashboard from report widgets
“Dashboards” now sits next to Reports. You start with an empty dashboard or one of the ready-made templates, use “Add widget” to place KPIs and charts from different reports on one screen, and drag to reorder and resize them; a dashboard holds at most 24 widgets. Each widget can have its own period, and “Add to dashboard” inside a report sends that report to your dashboard. A dashboard can stay personal or be shared with your team or the whole organization, be sent regularly with “Schedule by email”, be opened to outsiders through a link with a password and an expiry, or be saved with “Download as PDF / print”. “Make this dashboard my home page” turns it into your landing page. Data on a dashboard is always calculated with the viewer’s own permissions, and a report you cannot access appears locked.

General Ledger: chart of accounts, journal entries, periods and trial balance
The Pre-Accounting menu has a new “General Ledger” page. Here you build your own “Chart of accounts”, choose the “Posting account mappings” for sales, purchases, inventory and cash/bank, and link each cash and bank account to its own ledger asset account. After creating a period you can write balanced draft entries with “Prepare a manual journal”. An entry goes through “Submit for approval”, “Approve” and “Post journal” under separate permissions, and the person who prepared an entry cannot approve it. The trial balance shows posted entries only. You close a period with “Close period”, and instead of editing a posted entry you correct it with “Prepare reversal”. By default the page is open to the account owner and admins; other roles need the General Ledger permissions granted separately.

Export a Firebase audience to a CRM segment
The “Audiences” tab in the Firebase panel lists the audiences defined in Google Analytics with their user counts and membership duration. Organization admins use “Export to CRM segment” on an audience row to start the export and name the segment; Rocketly matches the user IDs in the audience with your CRM records and creates a segment. Matching is done by user ID only, so your app has to send the signed-in user’s CRM ID to Firebase Analytics with setUserId. The dialog shows how many users matched and how many did not; unmatched IDs are not stored. The segment is static, so it does not update on its own when the audience changes.

Connect your Matomo and see its reports in Rocketly
You can connect your own Matomo installation to Marketing: enter your Matomo address and API token, press “Verify and list websites” and choose the site whose reports you want to see. “Overview” shows visits, unique visitors, bounce rate and average visit duration, the visits trend, the most visited pages, traffic sources, devices and a goal breakdown. The report library under “All reports” lists the reports enabled in your installation with search and category filters; you can sort an open report by column, page through it, and download the visible page or the full report as CSV. The selected report and view are kept in the address bar, so you can share the link with a teammate. The connection is set up by users who can manage integration settings.

Apple Ads is now in Marketing, and Rocketly generates the key
You can connect your Apple Ads account with the “Connect Apple Ads” wizard under Marketing › Connections. With “Let Rocketly generate a key (recommended)” you need no terminal and no .pem file: Rocketly generates the key, you only paste the public key it shows into Account Settings › API in Apple Ads, enter the Client ID, Team ID and Key ID that Apple gives you, and then choose the ad account. The Apple Ads page shows spend, impressions, taps, installs and cost per install for your App Store and Apple Maps campaigns, a daily trend with a selectable metric and a sortable campaign table. “Rotate key” lets you replace the key later. The connection is set up by marketing admins.

Manage your ChatGPT Ads account from Rocketly
You can connect your ChatGPT Ads account to Marketing by entering that account’s Advertiser API key and pressing “Verify account”; you can add more than one account and switch between them. “Reports” shows the account’s daily spend, impressions, clicks and conversions as a chart and a daily breakdown, and can be downloaded as CSV. In the “Campaigns”, “Ad groups” and “Ads” tabs you can view items and create new ones; a new campaign opens as a paused draft, and activating it asks you to confirm that spending may begin. An item’s details show its own performance, and “Catalogs” shows product feeds and the products in a feed. Under “Account spend controls” you can add and edit a daily spend limit, and every change asks for confirmation.

“New campaign”: one wizard for Meta and Google Search
The marketing dashboard and the channel pages have a new “New campaign” button. The wizard has five steps: “Goal”, “Creative”, “Where and who”, “Budget” and “Review”. Goals you can launch today are listed first, and platforms and campaign types that cannot be launched show the reason next to them. You can pick the ad account in the first step and switch between the “Simple” and “Advanced” views. On Meta, besides website visits and awareness, you can now create website lead and website sales campaigns: the pixel connected to the account is selected automatically, and you choose the conversion event and the conversion domain. “Have AI write the copy” generates the ad text. In the last step a readiness check lists what is missing, the platform validates the draft, and “Launch paused” creates everything in a paused state.
NewMarketing
Campaigns on every ad platform now open on their own page
When you click a campaign name in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yandex Direct or Snapchat, the campaign now opens on its own page instead of a pop-up. The page is divided into “Overview”, “Ad groups” (“Ad sets” on Meta), “Ads” and “Settings”; Google and Yandex also have “Keywords”, and Google has “Search terms”. The sub-tables are paginated and can be sorted by columns such as spend, clicks, conversions, status, match type or quality score. The header shows the campaign’s status and budget, and you change the date range on the page itself; if there is no data in the selected range, the last day with data is shown. The dashboard schedule, recommendations and AI insights open the same page. You can open the link in a new tab or share it.

Ad Automation page redesigned: tabs, a sectioned rule editor and “Impact”
The Ad Automation page is now divided into “Rules”, “Approvals”, “Activity”, “Templates” and “Insights” tabs. The summary strip at the top shows the engine state, enabled rules, pending approvals and recent actions, and “Needs attention” gathers broken connections, conflicting rules and approvals about to expire in one list. The rule editor moves through “If”, “Then”, “Where / when”, “Safety” and “Review” and summarises the rule in one sentence at the top. Templates you store with “Save as template” can be searched, renamed and deleted on the “Templates” tab and applied to another account from the wizard. The new “Impact” tab in the rule detail shows the actions the rule applied, a comparison of spend, conversions, CPA and ROAS for the days before and after the action, and the estimated spend stopped. For a rule that runs on several accounts, the last run status of each account is listed separately.
NewMarketing
Ad rules: ready-made strategies, check frequency and run notifications
In Ad Automation you now pick templates with a “Strategy” filter, and eight new ready-made rules are available: “Sunsetting”, which pauses fatigued ads; “Revive”, which resumes a campaign that automation paused once it recovers; “Surf”, which raises the budget in good hours and returns it to the old value when the time is up; three pacing rules that trim, boost or alert against the monthly budget target; and a dayparting pair that pauses at night and resumes in the morning. Conditions can include an “Account-time window”: the days and hours are read in the ad account’s time zone. With “Check frequency” you choose whether the rule is evaluated on every cycle, every few hours or once a day at a set hour. “Run notification” informs you on actions and errors or on errors only, and if you wish you also get at most one summary a day when the conditions are not met. Each rule can have its own Slack channel.
ImprovedMarketing
New ad rule actions: target cost, duplicate, webhook and email
An ad rule can now do more than pause and change budgets. “Target CPA” actions work on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn in addition to Google, and “Target ROAS” actions work on Google, Meta and TikTok: they raise the target, lower it or set it to the value you choose. On Google a rule can also “Add label” and “Remove label”. On Meta the “Duplicate” action copies a campaign, an ad set or an ad, and the copy is created paused by default. “Send webhook” delivers a signed summary of the decision to your own system, and recent deliveries are listed in the editor. “Email notification” informs the people you select. On campaigns and ad sets with a lifetime (total) budget, budget actions are calculated on the remaining budget and never go below the amount already spent.
NewMarketing
Keyword rules and search term mining for Google
Ad rules have a new scope: “Keyword (Google Search, Yandex)”. A rule can now look at individual keywords instead of a campaign or an ad group; when the condition is met it can pause the keyword, resume it, raise or lower its bid, or just send an alert. For this, Google and Yandex keyword data is synced every day. On Google accounts a “Search term mining” section opens under the rule list: choose the window, the minimum spend, the minimum clicks and the maximum conversions, click “Preview”, and the search terms that spend without converting are listed. The preview changes nothing; the terms you select are added after your confirmation as exact or phrase match negative keywords at campaign or ad group level. From the “Added negatives” list you can reverse them with “Undo” within 24 hours.
ImprovedMarketing
Ad Automation now writes to Snapchat and Yandex Direct too
Rules can now apply changes on Snapchat and Yandex Direct accounts as well, and on TikTok and LinkedIn they reach below the campaign. On Snapchat a rule can pause and resume campaigns, ad squads and ads, and change the campaign and ad squad budget and the ad squad bid. On Yandex Direct it pauses and resumes campaigns and ads and updates the daily budget and the target of the automatic strategy. TikTok gained the ad group and ad scopes, and LinkedIn the ad (creative) scope and the campaign bid. The “What can automation do on this account?” table on the “Insights” tab shows which action can be written at which scope on the selected account and which metrics the platform does not sync. Conditions also have new “All platforms” metrics: total spend, total conversions, blended CPA and blended ROAS across all your connected ad accounts, calculated in the organisation’s base currency.

Each Marketing tool has its own page, and the menu lists only connected channels
The tab strip in the Marketing Hub is gone. The Dashboard, Lead Operations, Lead Forms, every ad and analytics channel and Connections now open at their own address, so you can bookmark a tool or open it in a new tab. The left menu lists only the channels you have connected, and unconnected ones no longer crowd it. The tool name in the page header is also a switcher: click it to move to another tool. On a phone the bottom menu is now “Dashboard”, “Lead Ops”, “Channels” and “Connections”, and “Channels” lists your connected channels with their logos. Old links and saved views are redirected to the new addresses automatically.

Marketing → Connections: channel cards, daily trend and a side panel
The “Connections” page in Marketing has been reorganised to show status first and detail second. Each channel sits on a single card: a status badge (“Healthy”, “Attention”, “Issue”, “Not connected”), the main measure for the selected period (spend for ad channels, sessions for Google Analytics, clicks for Search Console), a daily trend line and the latest data day. Clicking a card opens a side panel; its “Overview”, “Sync history”, “Details” and “Manage” sections hold the connected accounts, the reason for a problem, the technical details and the management actions. Matomo and ChatGPT Ads connections are on the same page too. When an exchange rate is missing or some days have no report, no total is written and the reason is stated instead.
NewMarketing
Narrow the Marketing Dashboard to a single connected account
A “Connected account” selector has been added at the top of the Marketing Dashboard. “All accounts” shows the whole organisation; when you pick an account from the list, the dashboard shows only the sections that can be tied to that account, and data from other accounts does not mix into the view. Accounts are grouped by provider, listed with their logos and searchable by name; an account with a connection issue, one that is syncing or one that needs reconnecting is marked on its row. If the account you selected is later disconnected, the scope returns to “All accounts” by itself and a note tells you so. When you have only one connected source, a “Dashboard scope” line is shown instead of the selector.
ImprovedMarketing
Every table in the Marketing reports can be sorted from its column header
Report tables in Marketing can now be sorted by clicking a column header: the Google Analytics report tables (traffic sources, landing pages, countries, devices and the rest), the Google Ads breakdowns (device, day, hour, search terms, age, gender, geography), the TikTok, LinkedIn and Yandex breakdown cards, the Meta breakdown and daily tables, the dashboard’s “Channel Mix & Efficiency”, “Organic & Web Analytics” and revenue attribution tables, and the queries in the Search Console page detail. On a phone, where rows are shown as cards, the same sorting is available from the “Sort by” selector. Shortened lists are sorted first and cut afterwards, and unmeasured values stay at the end in either direction. Age, gender and device values are written with readable names instead of raw codes.
ImprovedMarketing
Lead Operations: health score, to-do list, lead flow and three incident views
The Lead Operations page now opens with the status. At the top is a “Health” score from 0 to 100; clicking it shows what is lowering the score, and when fewer than 5 leads arrived in the last 7 days it reads “Awaiting evidence” instead of a number. Next to it, “To do” lists the three highest-priority items, each with a single action. “Lead flow” shows the Received → Processed → Delivered → Opportunity → Won steps over a 7 or 30 day window, with the loss between steps. The strip below holds Queued, Failed, Dead letters, Delivery p95 and SLA compliance with their mini trends. “Open incidents” can be viewed as Cards, Timeline or Table. Under “Details”, each provider now has a Permission, Webhook, Destination and Test evidence strip, and a Leads → MQL → Opportunities → Won funnel has been added.

An alert for leads that could not be written to the CRM, for every lead source
When a lead from an ad form cannot be written to the CRM, you now hear about it. Rocketly watches the last 24 hours per provider: if a lead could not be processed, has been waiting for more than 15 minutes or is being held on a form that has not been activated, it sends the “Leads are not reaching your CRM” notification. The notification names the provider, says how many leads and how many forms are affected, and its link takes you to the delivery center in Lead Forms. For real delivery failures an email is sent as well and an incident is opened in Lead Operations. The alert works for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Yandex Direct forms alike, and it goes quiet by itself once the leads are reprocessed and reach the CRM.

Revenue attribution: filters, coverage visual, won date and CSV export
The “Lead → Revenue Attribution” report on the Marketing Dashboard has grown. You can filter campaigns by “Platform” and “Attribution status”, and the “Attribution coverage” strip shows, for each platform, how many campaigns are “Matched”, have “No CRM match” or are “Account ambiguous”. With the “Revenue period” choice you read revenue by lead date or by “Won date”, and the report’s period is chosen separately from the dashboard filter. You can open the leads and opportunities behind a campaign with “CRM records” and take the filtered list with “Download CSV”. When a single account is selected on the dashboard, the report narrows to that account. When an exchange rate is unavailable, no approximate ROAS is written; revenue attribution is not shown until every currency can be converted, and the reason is stated.

GEO setup is guided: it starts from your site and names the missing stage
GEO Setup is now a visual journey through brand, questions, competitors, engines and analysis status. In the “Start with your website” step you enter your domain and choose “Analyze site”; Rocketly reads your site and fills your brand profile as a draft, which you correct before saving. In the questions step, draft questions for the discovery, comparison and decision stages are ready for you, and when a stage has no active question the “Complete the missing stages” card proposes exactly those stages. In the competitors step, “Sites found for you” suggests candidates from web search, and each one is added only after you review and confirm it. The engine selection shows the providers’ own logos. Once the first measurement is finished, the last step shows the counts of measured responses, brand mentions and citations and takes you to the dashboard.
NewMarketing
GEO: approved brand facts, and answers compared against them
An “Approved brand facts” section has been added to the brand step of GEO Setup. You record verifiable facts about your brand (brand name, location, product or service, price range, service area or another fact) with an evidence link and validity dates. Every change is kept as a new version; you see earlier versions under “History” and revoke an approval when needed. When you are looking at an AI answer in the prompt detail and choose “Compare with approved facts”, the page lists whether the facts valid on that day appear in the answer text, with their revision and approval source. Rocketly does not present this as a verdict on accuracy: a matching phrase does not prove accuracy and an absent phrase does not prove an error, and the screen says so.
NewMarketing
GEO: question variants and an intent × engine evidence map
A “Question variants” section has been added to the prompt detail. When an answer misses your intent, “Propose another question” lets you write the reason, the meaning you expected and the new question, and save it as a draft. A draft is not measured and does not use your quota; when you choose “Start tracking”, the quota is checked again and the question begins to be tracked. As the variant is measured, you see its brand mention rate, how many runs were measured and its evidence side by side. In the same detail, “At a glance” tells you whether your brand was mentioned in that answer of the selected engine and how many citations were shown. At the top of the Prompt Tracking page, the “Which intent, which AI engine?” map shows, for each intent and engine, in how many measured answers you were mentioned; an unmeasured cell reads “Not measured” and is not counted as zero, and clicking a cell takes you down to those prompts.

GEO reports: a visual PDF with the sections you choose, and a PPTX presentation
“Build your GEO report” now sits at the top of GEO’s “Reports & Alerts” page. You give the report a title and pick the sections you want out of four: “Visibility overview”, “Change over time”, “Cited sources” and “Priority opportunities”. The PDF is prepared with the page’s date and engine filters and is saved in the report history when it is ready. The document itself has been renewed as well: instead of a one-paragraph summary it has measurement counts, a daily visibility chart, source bars and a weekly comparison, and when there are no measurements it does not draw zero visibility or an invented trend. “Visibility presentation (PPTX)” has also been added to the download menu. The presentation is made of editable slides and contains neither raw answer text nor full source addresses.

SEO: larger CSV import, paging through history and a property picker panel
SEO has several additions that make daily work easier. In Rank Tracker, “Import CSV” now checks up to 10,000 keywords in one file and opens the preview 50 rows at a time. On the Quick Wins page, “Show older analyses” lets you extend the opportunity trend back to earlier analyses. In Site Audit you can move through the sitemap and IndexNow submission history with “Newer” and “Older”, and in the Core Web Vitals card “Search other URLs” finds other crawled addresses. The Search Console property picker has become a wide panel with a title, listing each property with its type icon and a readable domain name. In the “Organic & Web Analytics” section of the Marketing Dashboard, clicking a query or a source opens Search Console or Google Analytics filtered to that value.

Online quote page: your brand color, a recommended package and typed signatures
The online quote page your customer opens has been redesigned. It takes on the “Brand color” from Settings and shows the name of the person who prepared the quote together with a “Send email” button. In the “Package cards” section of the quote wizard you can write a short description for each package and mark one as “Recommended package”; the customer sees that package with a “Recommended for you” badge. The selected package and amount stay in view, in the decision panel on the right on desktop and in a bar at the bottom on phones. Acceptance happens in its own dialog: the customer signs with “Type” or “Draw”, can add a job title and confirms having read the quote. “All payment transactions” in the payment section lists the payment attempts made for that quote.

Full-page quote detail; summary tiles on the quote and contract lists
Clicking a quote in the list now opens its detail on a page of its own instead of a drawer, with a link you can share directly. The top of the page shows the grand total, the days left until expiry and the “Created”, “Sent”, “Viewed” and “Decision” steps; below are the items, customer engagement, messages and versions. On phones the action buttons stay fixed at the bottom of the screen. Above the Quotes list there are “Open quote value”, “Acceptance rate”, “Awaiting decision” and “Accepted this month” tiles, and the rows have a “Customer engagement” column. The Contracts list shows signing and risk badges and a “Next 6 months” strip; clicking a month filters the list to the contracts ending in it, and the period can be extended to 12 or 24 months.
NewSales & CRM
Confirm the customer order on an accepted quote
The detail page of an accepted quote now has a “Customer order” card. An accepted quote is not treated as an order by itself; once you have confirmed that the customer really placed the order, you record it with “Confirm order”. An open order can later be marked “Fulfilled” or “Cancelled”; these two actions cannot be undone and remove the order from open stock demand. The record is used for stock and AI answers. The card is available to users who can edit quotes and can see all records.

Redesigned customer portal: Overview, Contracts and bottom navigation on phones
The customer portal, which your customers enter without a password through a one-time link sent by email, has been redesigned. It opens on “Overview”: the “Waiting on you” list gathers quotes awaiting a decision, contracts awaiting signature and invoices awaiting payment in one place, next to the upcoming appointment and recent documents. The new “Contracts” tab shows each contract’s status, value and how far its term has run, with a “Sign” button when a signing link is open. The open-invoice summary leads to the full list, and “Show all invoices” returns to every invoice. The portal uses the “Brand color” from your organization settings and can switch between light and dark themes; on a phone the tabs move to a navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. After a sign-in link is requested, the screen states when it expires, and shortly before the session ends a warning appears with a “Sign in again” button.
NewSales & CRM
Customer portal: account balance and a Messages tab
The customer portal has two new sections. The “Account balance” card on the Overview and Account tabs shows the customer’s open invoice amount per currency, highlights the overdue part separately and leads to the list with “View invoices”. In the new “Messages” tab the customer sees their conversations with your team and starts a new one with “New message”, with an optional subject; that conversation arrives in the Inbox through the “Customer portal” channel, and the reply you send from there appears in the portal. When a reply arrives the customer gets an email, and the link in it opens that conversation directly after sign-in. The badge on the tab counts unread team replies. Web chat and email conversations can be answered from the portal; conversations on channels such as WhatsApp are shown read-only, and the customer is pointed to that channel or to a new portal message.
ImprovedSales & CRM
Lead import: files up to 500 MB and resuming where you left off
The lead import wizard now accepts .xlsx and CSV files up to 500 MB instead of 50 MB; for CSV the limit is 1,000,000 rows. A large file is uploaded in parts and the preparation percentage is shown on screen; for CSV you see the amount of data to be transferred and confirm with “Start upload”. The work is not lost if the page reloads: in the “Ongoing large CSV uploads” and “Ongoing large Excel uploads” lists you select the same file to continue where you left off, or cancel the upload, and a CSV session can be prolonged with “Extend by 7 days”. In the “Unmatched company names” list of the confirmation step you link the names in the file to your existing companies. A completed large import presents the source record range and the error report of each part separately.
ImprovedSales & CRM
Opportunity Radar campaigns: deliverability card and A/B variants
A “Deliverability” card now sits at the top of the Campaigns screen. For each connected mailbox it shows the SPF, DKIM and DMARC status, which day of warm-up it is on, how many emails went out today and the bounces of the last 7 days. A campaign cannot start with a mailbox whose SPF and DKIM records are not valid. From the same card you save the “Sender identity” details printed in the email footer (trade name, MERSIS no, tax number). In the editor, every step shows a “Spam risk” score with its reasons, and plain-text steps can take up to three “A/B variants”, with the winner chosen by reply rate. The “Deliverability safeguards” section adds new-mailbox warm-up, a mailbox daily cap, an hourly cap per domain, the recipient’s time zone and public holidays; if the bounce or complaint rate crosses its threshold, the campaign pauses on its own and you get a notification.
ImprovedSales & CRM
Start a campaign from the prospects a search agent found
Search agents in Opportunity Radar are now connected to Campaigns. The “Create campaign from this agent” button on an agent’s row opens a campaign draft with the prospects that agent saved already chosen as the source; the source step of the campaign wizard also offers “Agent: …” options and shows how many prospects are in the list. “Latest 10 prospects” on the agent row lets you look at what the agent added most recently, with those moved to a Lead or rejected marked, without leaving the page. In Saved Prospects, “Remove from list” removes the selected records in bulk; the business pool and Lead records are not deleted. The “Contact exclusions” window now shows the entries you added and the system’s automatic safety entries separately.
NewSales & CRM
Opportunity Radar shows a site’s hosting company and adds a “Hosting country” filter
Opportunity Radar now shows which hosting company a business’s website sits with. The technology section of the business detail carries a chip such as “Hosting: Natro · Türkiye”; the country is the registered country of the hosting company that owns the site’s IP address. When the site is behind a content delivery network such as Cloudflare, the real server is unknown, so the chip says only that and gives no country. The new “Hosting country” filter in the sidebar narrows the results to sites hosted in Türkiye, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, France, the United Kingdom or Finland. The filter also works in the search by need, in saved filter sets and in search agents.
ImprovedSales & CRM
Opportunity CSV and quote Excel in the background, every stage on the board
“Export CSV” in Opportunities now delivers every opportunity that matches your board filters in a single file, so large lists no longer lose rows. The file is prepared in the background: you see the progress as “Preparing CSV: …%” and a “Download file” link appears when it is ready, and the same preparation is picked up again even if you refresh the page. The Excel export of the quote list works the same way: after the notice “Quote Excel file is being prepared. You can leave this page.” you can carry on with your work. On pipelines with many stages the board shows twelve stages at a time, and the “Previous stages” and “Next stages” buttons take you to the rest. On a phone, the opportunity list opens all the way to the end with “Load next opportunities”.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox notifications now say who wrote and on which channel
You are notified when a customer replies in a conversation assigned to you, and the card in the notification center shows who wrote, on which channel and what they said; SLA alerts go to everyone assigned to the conversation. Lock-screen, desktop and mobile system notifications carry only the contact name and the channel and never show the message content; if you turn off “Contact name and channel in system notifications”, they only say “New message”. In Settings > Notifications, the “Personal Inbox alerts” card lets you manage your own bell, desktop, sound and push preferences. Administrators can choose “Notify the conversation’s team” for unassigned conversations and pick an on-call team for conversations that have no team. General quiet hours now also silence the Inbox desktop alert, sound and push notification.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox: jump to date, new conversations over SMS and RCS, Slack thread labels
You can now scroll back in a conversation without hitting the 500-message limit, and “Jump to date” in the header takes you straight to the messages of the day you pick. The “New conversation” dialog offers SMS and RCS next to WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. Because RCS sends a file and its text as two separate messages, the media picker shows a “Two-message preview”. On Slack messages, the “Thread reply” and “Channel message” labels tell you where the message came from. On a channel that does not support sending files, the attach button is disabled and says why; while a dropped file is uploading you see the “Uploading and sending file…” status. AI conversation summaries are rendered with headings and bullet points, and the message filter has a new “Customer / sender” option.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox cases now have a type: customer complaint and post-sale support
When you open a case in the “Case and follow-up” section of the Inbox workspace, you now choose a “Case type”: general case, customer complaint or post-sale support. A complaint requires a “Complaint topic”: billing and payment, delivery, product quality, service and support, account access or other. For post-sale support you enter the number of the issued sales invoice; if the number does not match one of your invoices in accounting, the case is not created. The type and topic are also shown on the case card. The person opening the case confirms the classification; existing cases are not classified automatically.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox on your phone: quick reaction strip and an emoji button in the composer
When you use Rocketly in your phone’s browser and long-press a message, a quick reaction strip with six ready emojis appears above the menu; tapping one sends the reaction right away, and the last button opens the full picker. Previously you had to go into “Add Reaction” in the menu and open a second window. The composer also has a direct emoji button now; emoji is no longer hidden inside the plus menu. On a phone the picker opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen, and the emoji you choose is inserted at the cursor position instead of at the end of the text. If the channel does not allow sending emoji, the button is not shown.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox bot rules: first-message trigger, conflict warning, action frequency
Bot rules have a new “First inbound message” trigger; the rule runs once, on the customer’s first message in that conversation. The preview panel lists the rules that match your sample message in priority order and tells you which one will be applied and which ones are skipped because an earlier rule was selected; it also warns about a rule that can never be selected because of a rule above it. For rules that only perform actions such as tagging and assigning, with no reply or handoff, you can choose an “Action frequency”: every matching message, once per conversation, once per hour or once per day. “Day/hour boundary” decides whether the hourly and daily limits are counted in UTC or in your organization’s local time. In the conversation’s bot history, the result of each rule action is shown separately as applied, failed or skipped.
ImprovedCommunication
Inbox bot: restore previous versions, edit conflicts and handoff fallbacks
“Previous versions” in the bot editor lists the earlier settings of a channel or conversation bot; “Restore” takes you back to the version you pick. If the bot was changed somewhere else while you were editing, your save no longer overwrites it: the “Bot settings changed elsewhere” notice shows the changed fields side by side as the current settings and your draft, and you choose “Use current settings” or “Keep my draft”. Handoff settings have two new fallback rules: if nobody on the team is online, the conversation can be assigned to an available offline member or left unassigned in the queue; if the team has nobody to receive the alert, authorized members of the organization can be notified or alerts can be kept within the selected team. On the Inbox bots page, “Custom period” lets you pick your own date range of up to 90 days.
ImprovedCommunication
Dialer campaigns: segment targets, agent pool, scheduling and a report
On the Dialer Campaigns page you start a campaign with “Create campaign” in the header. “Add targets” takes targets from a customer segment or a lead filter (status, source, owner, tag) as well as pasted numbers; before adding, the preview counts records on the do-not-call list, without İYS consent, without a number and duplicates. “Campaign settings” holds the calling days and window, the “Agent pool”, the “Start automatically” and “End automatically” times, and “Retry by outcome” rules: you decide how long to wait after busy, no answer or voicemail, or that the number is not called again. “Copy / template” duplicates a campaign as a draft without its targets. “Report” shows the connect rate, the outcome breakdown, attempts per agent and hourly activity, and downloads as CSV.
ImprovedCommunication
Call queue: “Best next call” sorting and bulk reassignment for the team
When you set “Queue order” to “Best next call”, each bucket in the call queue is sorted by a combination of callback time, lead score, priority and time since last contact; the score chip on the row shows why. On a row where the contact is outside the calling window, a badge says when they can be called and you are asked to confirm before dialing. You can move between records, dial the selected one, snooze a callback and save the outcome of the last call from the keyboard; the shortcut list is behind the button above the queue. In the Team Queue, supervisors can select up to 50 leads and hand them to another agent with “Reassign”; the previous owner’s open callbacks move with them. When overdue callbacks pile up for one agent, the page suggests how many leads could be moved to an available agent.
ImprovedCommunication
Call Center dashboard: daily targets, role layouts and a TV link
In the “Daily Targets” card in Call Center settings you enter the team’s daily targets for calls, connected calls and talk time, and optionally a personal target per agent; today’s progress is shown as rings on the dashboard. When call volume or the average score changes unusually against the previous period, a warning badge appears in the KPI strip. The “Dashboard layout” menu offers ready layouts for agent, supervisor and manager. On the wallboard, the waiting calls, SLA and abandon rate tiles change colour according to the warning and critical thresholds you set; “Rotate” cycles through live calls, the leaderboard and the queue. Supervisors can create a “TV link”, a read-only, time-limited link that can be watched without signing in; this screen shows no phone numbers or customer names.
ImprovedCommunication
Transcript search: saved searches, match alerts and CSV
In transcript search you can add the searches you run often to “Saved searches” and run them again with one click; up to 20 searches are kept per person. Supervisors can turn on “Alert me on new matches” for a saved search and get notified when that phrase appears in newly analysed calls. Results download with “Export CSV”; for long lists you get the remaining rows with the next CSV part. Turkish ID, card and IBAN numbers are masked in stored transcripts. “Bulk re-analysis” on the call recordings page re-analyses the analysed calls of the period you choose with the current model; it first shows how many calls and how many credits it will take, and refunds the difference if actual usage is lower. When an analysis finishes, the analysis screen shows how many credits were used and your remaining balance.
The “Criterion weakness heatmap” on the quality dashboard shows the average score per agent and criterion, from human reviews or from AI scores; from a cell you use “Set goal” to give the agent a coaching goal with a due date, and you follow progress under “Coaching goals”. In review forms, if a criterion marked as critical is not met, the form score becomes zero; conditional criteria are asked only on calls with the matching direction, outcome or tag. “Automatic sampling” picks the number of calls you set per agent at random every week and assigns them to reviewers; “Pre-fill with AI” brings score suggestions into the form and asks for your confirmation. “Automatic tag rules” under call tags tag new calls by transcript phrase, outcome, duration or direction. In the call quality report you can set the “QA trend” to daily, weekly or monthly.
ImprovedCommunication
Call Center: holiday calendar, CRM actions on outcome codes, agent status report
Call Center Settings has new cards. “Holiday calendar” holds public holidays and your organization’s own closed days; when it is on, outgoing calls are blocked on those days and holiday hours are left out of the SLA calculation. “After-call work (ACW) limit” automatically sets an agent who stays in after-call work back to Available when the time runs out. With “CRM actions linked to outcome codes”, selecting an outcome code can change the lead status, log an activity or create a follow-up task. “Settings change log” lists the last 20 changes with who made them and when. The new “Agent Status Report” page shows each agent’s daily available, break and wrap-up time. In call history, the call detail has a new “Similar calls” section, and you can send a saved view as a recurring report with “Schedule by email”.
ImprovedAI
Lead bot: conditional questions, a first message per channel and condition groups
In the lead bot, “Show based on an earlier answer” makes a qualification question appear only after a particular answer. With “First message by channel” you define a separate first message, template and file for each channel. When you choose an approved WhatsApp template, you map every variable in it to a lead field. In targeting, “Add condition group” lets you nest conditions in groups joined by “Match all” or “Match any”, and “Count matching leads” shows roughly how many existing leads match and how many of them have contact details for the selected channels.
ImprovedAI
Lead bot: draft preview, Copilot proposals field by field, duplicate and archive
You can generate and preview a sample first message from the current form settings without saving the lead bot; no real lead is messaged, and below the preview you see how many credits were charged or refunded. A “Set up with Copilot” proposal lists the changed fields one by one, and “Apply” brings only the ones you ticked into the form. In the editor, the status of the channel account you selected is shown as “Healthy”, “Degraded” or “Disconnected”. “Duplicate” on the bot card creates an inactive copy of the bot; “Archive” stops the bot and moves it to the “Archive” list, and “Restore” brings it back switched off. With “Second campaign cooldown (hours)” you set per bot how long to wait before writing to the same lead again.
ImprovedAI
AI Chat: collections, stock outflow and quote questions are free too
New question families that you ask together with a period are now answered without the model and without spending credits: “This month, how much did we collect from each customer?”, “Last week, which customers have unpaid invoices?”, “This month, which product had the most stock going out?”, “This month, which open orders are awaiting delivery?”, “This month, which quotes have not received a customer reply?”, “This quarter, at which stage do we lose the most deals?”, “This week, is the team’s workload balanced?” and “This month, are any customers losing interest?”. Sessions, clicks, impressions, spend and conversions from your connected Google Analytics 4, Search Console and ad accounts can be asked for free as well, for example “how much was Google Ads spend in the last 30 days?”. Answers are built only from records you have access to.
ImprovedAI
AI Chat: calculator, TCMB exchange rate and your own calendar for free
Some everyday questions outside the CRM are now answered without the model and without spending credits. Arithmetic, percentage, fraction and square-root questions such as “what is 1250 times 18” or “what is 18% of 2500” are calculated exactly. When you ask for the dollar, euro or pound rate (“dollar exchange rate”), the chat gives the buying rate published by TCMB with its publication date and notes that it may not be the live trading rate; if it cannot verify the rate, it does not invent a value. “What’s on my calendar tomorrow?” lists the appointments assigned to you, and “This week, show my free calendar slots” lists the free hours in your calendar. A limited set of pre-reviewed questions on topics such as safety, health, consumer matters and science is also answered with a prepared reply; any other question goes to the model as before.
ImprovedAI
Super Agents: pick a record to run on, credit estimate, expiring memory
When you run a Super Agent manually and choose Lead, Contact or Conversation as its context, you now find the record in the “Search accessible records” field instead of pasting an ID; only records you can access are listed and permission is checked again when the run starts. The “Chat” tab in the agent’s detail shows the estimated credit reserve and your remaining balance before a run and the credits spent when it finishes, and finished runs in the run history are listed with an “Actual … / ceiling … credits” comparison. If a delegatable agent you add on the “Edit” tab would create a loop, the loop’s path is shown and you are asked to confirm. On the “Memories” tab you can mark an entry as “Verified” and give it a 30 or 90 day expiry; an expired entry is no longer used by the agent, even if it is pinned.
ImprovedAI
Impact shown before deleting a knowledge source, version diff for agent drafts
When you delete a source on the “Knowledge Sources” tab, the confirmation now names how many agents are affected and notes that replies from active Inbox bots may be affected too. Potentially sensitive values in uploaded text are masked before indexing and the source card reports how many were masked; if only part of a document was indexed, the card shows this in characters and suggests uploading the document in smaller parts. On the “Build with Assistant” tab, when you describe a task longer than six steps, the assistant first asks which part to build as a separate Super Agent. Before you restore a draft version, the fields that will change are shown with their “Current” and “After restore” values. If the same draft was changed in another session, the “Merge changes” dialog merges independent fields automatically and leaves the choice to you for conflicting ones.
ImprovedAI
Second approval and re-rehearsal for Super Agents with critical actions
The “Publishing checklist” on the “Build with Assistant” tab now looks for two more conditions before a Super Agent with critical capabilities can be activated. Every critical capability must have a passing test, and the missing ones are named in the “Passing tests are missing for critical capabilities” line. After that, the critical tests must be reviewed by an authorized person other than the first approver; in that case the list shows the step “4. Review critical tests independently” and activation moves to step five. If the agent or a test case changed after its last successful rehearsal, the test row is marked with a “Rehearse again” badge, and “Rerun outdated evidence” in the test panel reruns only those outdated tests and leaves the current ones alone.
NewAI
Claude Haiku 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5 are available for AI agents
In the wizard that opens when you create or edit an agent on the AI Agents page, the “AI Model” step now lists “Claude Haiku 5.5” and “Claude Sonnet 5.5” when Anthropic is selected as the provider. The earlier “Claude Haiku 4.5” and “Claude Sonnet 4.6” options remain in the list, and the model of your existing agents does not change by itself. Once you pick the new model and save the agent, it produces its replies with that model and credit usage is calculated at that model’s own rate.
ImprovedAI
AI Routing: see how decisions change before you save a rule
When you edit an agent’s routing settings on the AI Routing page, there is a new “Decision change before saving” section. “Show decision change” compares the current and proposed rules on sample messages and says “Destination changes” or “Same destination” for each one; rule examples are added automatically and you can type a sample message of your own. The settings cannot be saved until the current draft has been tested with at least one sample. In the preview, the keywords that decided the winning agent are highlighted inside the message under “Matches in the sample message”. The keyword and rule sections show how many you have used and the maximum. The decision history can be narrowed with the “Decision source” filter to live, shadow, applied, test and simulation decisions. An unfinished edit survives a page refresh and comes back with “Restore draft”.
ImprovedAI
AI Coaching: goals from measured scores, plan version diff and task tracking
The improvement plan in a coaching profile is now based on the person’s measured scores: up to two lowest-scoring areas are chosen as the focus, and the plan shows “Current skill: …/10” and “Average target: …/10”. The “Version diff” button compares two saved plans. Under each recommended training resource, “Why this?” shows which coaching tip it comes from. The status of tasks you create from the plan flows back into the plan, and each week shows how many tasks were created and completed. When you mark a tip as “Not relevant”, you choose a reason: “Already known”, “Not applicable to this role” or “Suggestion is incorrect”. Before you create a share link, the dialog summarises that it needs no sign-in, its password, its opening limit and how long it stays valid. The planned time of the weekly digest is shown in your own timezone.

Journal drafts in one click from invoices, expenses, collections and payments
If you use the General Ledger, you no longer have to write entries by hand. The “Prepare journal draft” action in Invoices, Expenses, Collections and Payments, and on free entries in the Cash / Bank movement ledger, builds a balanced draft from the document and takes you to the General Ledger. Amounts come from the document and accounts from your posting account mappings; for a free cash entry you pick the counter account yourself. Before a collection or payment journal, the journal of the related invoice or expense must already be posted; if it is missing, Rocketly offers to prepare that one first. On TRY invoices with withholding, the receivable is written at the net amount the buyer will pay. No draft is approved or posted on its own.
NewFinance
Bank statement reconciliation: statement as evidence, matches confirmed by you
When you upload a statement to a bank account’s movement ledger in Cash / Bank, there are now two paths: “Save statement as evidence” stores the lines without changing the balance, while “Create missing cash movements” creates movements as before. In the new “Bank statement reconciliation” window, each statement line gets the internal movements with the same date, direction, amount and currency as candidates, and nothing is matched until you press “Match selected movement”. “File match summary” shows how many lines are matched and puts the bank, Cash/Bank and general ledger balances on the closing date side by side. If a line with no counterpart really is a bank fee, “Record bank fee” records it as a separate outflow and you prepare the expense journal draft afterwards.
ImprovedFinance
Foreign currency in the General Ledger: historical rate, FX difference, rounding
The General Ledger can now turn foreign-currency documents into journal entries. The posting account mappings gained “Realized foreign exchange gain” and “Realized foreign exchange loss”, plus conversion rounding accounts for foreign-currency sales and expenses; in the collection journal of a foreign-currency invoice or the payment journal of a foreign-currency expense, the difference between the document rate and the payment rate is written to these accounts as a separate line. For free foreign-currency entries without a recorded rate, the Cash / Bank movement ledger offers “Value at historical rate”: you enter the rate on the transaction date, the reason and an evidence reference, and Rocketly does not guess the rate. In a manual journal, the “Foreign-currency line” option lets you add the source currency, amount, rate and valuation time to a line.
NewFinance
General Ledger: spreading service revenue over periods and inventory write-downs
The General Ledger has two new period-end tools. Under the journal of a sales invoice whose line has a service start and end date, a “Service revenue release schedule” opens: revenue is first booked to the deferred service revenue account, and for each period “Prepare release draft” moves that period’s share into revenue, with each period’s entry approved and posted separately. In the “Inventory write-down” section you create a “New NRV proposal” for a stock lot by entering the estimated selling price, the completion and selling costs and a reason. The person who prepared the proposal cannot approve it; after another user presses “Approve independently”, “Prepare journal draft” produces the entry. For units still in stock you can later reduce the allowance under “Write-down recoveries”.

Income Statement: compare the document report with the ledger
The Income Statement tab in Accounting Reports has a new “Document report / ledger preview” card. With a single month selected, “Compare posted source journals” puts two figures side by side for net sales, cost of sales, gross profit, document expenses and net result: the one calculated from invoices and expenses, and the one coming from the posted journals of those same documents, with the difference in its own column. The card also shows which documents are missing a journal and how much of your returns and service revenue releases has been posted. Manual journals are not part of this comparison, and if no general ledger period exists for that month the card says so. Using the card requires permission to view the General Ledger.

The invoice list now shows what each invoice is for
In the Invoices list, the first thing on each row is no longer the number but what the invoice is about. The bold line shows the invoice description; if there is none you see the name of the first item and how many more items there are, and failing that “No description”. The invoice number and type sit right below, and hovering over the row opens the first items with their quantities. Under the due date you see how many days are left, that it is due today, or how many days it is overdue; on a collected invoice this is replaced by “Paid” and the day of the last collection. The remaining amount is shown only when an invoice is partly collected. The search box now finds the description and item names as well as the customer and invoice number. Mobile cards follow the same layout.

Marketplace SKU Profitability: store refunds, payment fees and purchase price
The Marketplace SKU Profitability report now fills from your store’s own data. Refunds that actually happened and arrive with WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, Magento and BigCommerce orders enter the report’s “Returns” figure automatically; if the same invoice already has a posted return document in Rocketly, it is not counted twice. The fees Shopify Payments takes from an order are recorded as deduction items, so you no longer enter them by hand or by file. On lines without inventory cost, the cost is taken from the purchase price in the store, and the SKU breakdown states how much of the cost came from there; if a figure cannot be converted to the base currency it is not treated as zero and stays unmeasured. The scheduled import also picks up refund and shipping information added to an older order later.

Connect marketplaces with a “Connect with …” button instead of copying tokens
In Commerce Channels, the connection window for Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre and Allegro now has a “Connect with {channel}” button. Pressing it takes you to the provider’s own consent screen, where you grant access and return to Rocketly connected; there is no key or token to copy. For Shopify you only enter the store address and for Amazon you choose the store country. For Walmart this route is offered for the US market only. You can end the connection from the same window with “Remove connection”. Manually entered credentials keep working under “Advanced”. If the Rocketly app for a channel is not active yet, the button says so and points you to support.

Magento: create products in the store, cancel and refund; stock updates to Etsy
The Products section of the Magento channel has a new “Create products in the store” panel: you select Rocketly products that do not exist in your store yet and create them as new products. The price comes from the channel’s price rule, the product is created with zero stock, you can publish it with “Put on sale in the store right away”, and the created products are mapped automatically; if the same SKU already exists in the store it is left untouched. Magento orders now also offer “Cancel order”, “Refund (credit memo)” with a choice of lines and quantities, and “Add order note”. For Etsy, Rocketly stock can now be written to your listings: only the quantity is sent, never the price, and every update first waits for your explicit approval in the preview. For Shopify, stock updates now recognise more than one barcode per variant.

Reports organised by product: each module has its own reports page
Reports are now split by product. The Construction, Inventory, Call Center, Marketing and AI menus each have a “Reports” item that opens only that product’s reports with its own categories, and the Reports page in CRM is grouped into its own sections as well. The top of the report page is simpler: Refresh, “Add to dashboard”, share and download come first, the remaining actions sit in one menu and the period selector fits on a single row. The “Other dashboards” section on the page links to the ready-made dashboards of modules such as accounting, inventory, construction, call center and marketing, and a dashboard you have no permission or module for is not listed.

17 new ready-made reports for the modules added along the way
Reports gained 17 new reports that measure the data of modules added to the product over time. For CRM there are “Goal Attainment”, “Lead Assignment”, “Contract Lifecycle” and “Booking Page Funnel”; for communication and marketing “WhatsApp Campaigns”, “Prospect Sequences”, “Email Deliverability”, “İYS Consents”, “Ad Campaigns”, “Web Form Conversion” and “Site Performance”; for the call center “Call Quality & CSAT” and “Dialer Campaigns”. “Construction Portfolio”, “Approval Process SLA”, “Purchasing & Suppliers” and “Meeting Intelligence” appear when the related module is enabled on your account. The reports are filtered by your team and personal scope, and values that cannot be measured are shown empty instead of zero.

Notification settings in three scopes: Personal, browser and devices, Organization
The Settings > Notifications screen is now split into three tabs. On “Personal” you choose which notification reaches you on which channel, and notification types are grouped into categories and searchable. “This browser & devices” shows the site permission and the push subscription separately, lets you run a local check with “Try a desktop alert”, walks you through “Not seeing notifications?” and lists your registered devices. On the “Organization” tab, visible to administrators, “Notification type policies” set a team default for each type and can lock it, and users cannot change a locked channel in their own settings.
NewPlatform
Smart delivery, personal Slack/Teams notifications and delivery history
Settings > Notifications has three new cards that put delivery in your hands. In the “Smart delivery” card, “Hold phone alerts while I am at my computer” holds mobile push for 2 minutes while the web app is open and skips it if you read the notification in that time, and “E-mail only if unread” sends the e-mail only when a notification stays unread for 30 minutes, while security and payment notifications always go out immediately. In the “Personal notifications in Slack and Teams” card you connect your own webhook address and send a test message. The “Recent delivery attempts” card lists push attempts from the last 7 or 30 days and shows why a notification did not arrive, for example “Push is off for this type” or “Conversation is muted”. Quiet hours also gained a “Quiet all day” option.

A “Mentions” view, new shortcuts and clickable alerts in notifications
The Notifications page has a new “Mentions” view that gathers the notifications where you were mentioned in Inbox and in WhatsApp groups into one list regardless of category, and it can be kept as a saved view. On the keyboard, E marks the selected notification read or unread and S snoozes it, and the hint in the search box lists every shortcut. The pop-up alerts in the corner of the screen are now clickable as well: a new lead alert opens the lead, a new message opens the conversation, an assigned task opens the task and a finished analysis opens its detail. The “Open” button on the card does the same from the keyboard.

Activities: saved views, field history, live feed and keyboard navigation
The Activities page has been reorganised. A single command bar holds search, the “Records”, “Communication”, “Security” and “Administration” scopes and date presets. From the “Views” menu you can save your filters as “Personal”, “Team” or “Organization”, make one the default and archive the ones you no longer use. On desktop a row’s detail opens in a panel on the right, where “Field history” shows which field on that record changed from what to what. New events are announced by a “new activities — show” strip without moving the list, and clicking a bar in the daily volume strip filters to that day. J/K move between rows, Enter opens the record and ? lists the shortcuts. With “Log activity” you can record a call, meeting or email by hand on a lead, customer or deal.
NewPlatform
Activity settings: retention period, weekly CSV and a security webhook
The gear icon in the Activities page header opens the “Activity settings” dialog for the account owner and settings administrators. There you can set the retention period for activity records to 90, 180, 365 or 730 days or choose “Keep forever”, send a “Weekly CSV email” to the recipients you pick on the day and hour you set, and forward security events to your own monitoring system with the “Security webhook (SIEM)”. The feed now also records failed sign-ins, two-step verification and passkey changes, API keys, role and permission changes, conversation assignments, meeting bot sessions and exports. Security, session and permanent-deletion records cannot be archived, so the audit trail stays unchanged.

Trash redesigned: module rail, adjustable columns and emptying with progress
In Trash, modules now sit in a vertical menu on the left with their counts instead of horizontal tabs, and you can collapse or expand the menu. Rows fit on a single line and show “Time left” instead of the deletion date. In modules such as contracts, deals and notes the column headers now match the record, and statuses and amounts are written in readable form. On desktop you can drag column widths; they are remembered per module, and the selection box and the actions column stay in place while you scroll. From the results of a search across all modules you can jump to all results within one module. When you empty the trash, the job continues in the background and its completion percentage is shown on the page.

Employee profile: lasting “last seen”, a privacy switch and Groups
The employee profile now shows when a person was last seen even while they are offline. If you prefer not to share this, switch off “Show my last seen” on the Preferences tab in Settings; the time is then visible only to you and administrators, and your online dot is not affected. The new “Groups” section on the profile lists the person’s teams with a lead badge, the parent team and the member count, as well as the chat groups they belong to, and clicking a team or a group takes you there. In the Users list, clicking a name or avatar opens the profile preview, and the list has a new sortable “Last seen” column. The preview also opens from avatars on Kanban cards, from the assignee chip on record details and from the conversation header in the inbox.

Background jobs in one place: progress cards you can minimise
Progress cards for jobs that run in the background, such as exports, imports or connection setup, no longer cover the launcher in the bottom right; they stack in a single area to its left. When several jobs run at once, the cards do not overlap. You can shrink a card to a one-line bar with “Minimize” or by dragging it down, and click it to open it again. A running job shows its percentage inside a ring, and a queued job shows a waiting state instead of a meaningless “0%”. When the job finishes, the card opens by itself with the result and the download link if there is one, and a card can be closed even when the job cannot be read.

Exported files in your own language, ready to import back
In lead, contact and appointment exports the column headers are now written in the language you use; previously the values came out in Turkish or Russian while headers stayed in English, such as “First Name”. The localized headers are also known to the import mapping, so you can edit a file you exported and load it back into Rocketly without mapping the headers again. Technical headers such as UTM, GCLID and FBCLID stay the same in every language. Dates and times in the lead export are now written in your own time zone as well.

Passkeys: automatic creation and a security key option
Getting started with passkeys is easier. When you sign in with your password and have no passkey yet, Rocketly creates one for you without an extra screen if your browser and password manager support it; otherwise the usual suggestion dialog opens, and nothing is attempted if you chose not to be asked again. Under Settings > Security, the “Add Passkey” dialog now asks “Where should the passkey be created?”, with “This device, a password manager or my phone” or “Security key (USB / NFC)”. A passkey you delete also disappears from your password manager’s suggestions in browsers that support this, and the sign-in page offers a passkey only when your browser really supports it.
