The setup tour a new account sees no longer breaks off halfway: close the tab and come back and it resumes at the step you left, and a step that errors recovers without locking the tour. Which steps make up the tour can be extended per module, so you are not shown steps for a module you don't use.
ImprovedPlatform
The settings experience rebuilt
Settings is now split into searchable sections, so you don't have to remember where a setting lives. Sections you have no permission for are hidden rather than opening empty, and each section states in its own heading what it affects.
ImprovedPlatform
Owner search, status search and health history in the connection directory
You can search integration connection owners by name and pick from a paged list. Status became searchable too, and health history can be examined over a date range you choose. A connection whose owner was removed no longer becomes ownerless — it reverts to whoever created it.
NewPlatform
Carrier metadata and verification time
SMS and voice carrier connections now show the provider's API metadata: which version, which capabilities, which endpoint is being talked to. When a carrier was last verified is stated, and you can move from the card to its canonical detail.
ImprovedPlatform
App Workshop: session history, audit log and release evidence
On long-running projects the session history is now searchable and, being virtualised, stays smooth across hundreds of sessions. Collaboration audit history is paged: who changed what and when. What a release was built from is gathered into a single evidence record, and execution approvals are summarised.
NewPlatform
System folders in Files
Documents such as expense receipts, cheque images and contract attachments now land in the right folder by themselves. Standard folders cannot be deleted, sit at the top of the list and appear in your own language; existing documents were filed into them retroactively. Filing happens at one place on the server, so it doesn't matter which screen did the upload.
v23.1.12394 updates
ImprovedPlatform
See what the numbers in the Integration Center are made of
The “active service connections” figure in the summary strip is now clickable and lists which providers and services it is made of. Clicking an item under “Needs attention” opens the right tab: Ownership when there is no owner, Sync for a sync failure, Events for a webhook failure, Advanced for missing configuration. Active connections gained a service search and a “{{n}} of {{m}} shown” counter; a disconnected connection no longer draws six empty tabs, and the card density preference is shared across settings tabs.
NewPlatform
Tracking events only from domains you approved
Settings gained a “Tracking domains” card. It lists the domains that actually sent events in the last 30 days along with their event counts, so you approve with one click instead of typing. While the list is empty there is no restriction; the moment you add the first domain, tracking events are accepted only from approved addresses. Rejected entries are shown rather than silently dropped.
NewPlatform
The App Studio is now a team space
Your app projects gained team access: Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, invitations that grant nothing until accepted, and an ownership transfer that does not complete until the other side accepts. The project picker is searchable, projects can be moved between workspaces and archived, and every member has their own working session, so your chat and files are not shared automatically. The command palette (⌘K) is here too.
ImprovedPlatform
App Studio: setup, vault and credit transparency
Template setup is now a checklist that shows how many steps are done and refuses to mark a step complete before the connection is tested. Secret rotation arrived: the new value is written only to the vault, and the screen states in advance how many connections will need re-verification. Before an operation starts you get a time-limited quote, and no credits are spent until you approve it; credit movements (reserved, refunded, used) live in a panel filtered by type and date. You can record a visual review of a preview (custom width, light/dark, 80–200% text scale) and copy the full SHA-256 of a source version.
v23.1.10577 updates
NewPlatform
Your own branding on quote and contract PDFs
The logo, typeface and brand colour used in the quote and contract PDFs your customers receive can now be changed from Settings. Two live services already read this setting, but there was no screen to write it — branding was effectively locked.
NewPlatform
Media: link a Drive file without copying it
Bringing a Google Drive file into the CRM no longer creates two copies — the file is linked by reference, preview and download go straight to Drive, and it does not count against your storage quota. When tagging a file, the system also suggests tags based on its name, folder and type; the suggestion box says plainly that this is a guess and what it is based on.
NewPlatform
Media: files are now attached to CRM records
A file can be linked to several leads, customers, opportunities and quotes at once, and shows up in the Files tab of each. You can see how many people opened a share link and when. The library also gained a detail panel (metadata, inline editing, activity history), bulk move/tag/download, starring, and file versioning — you can roll back to an earlier version of a file you overwrote.
NewPlatform
Media: one link for a whole folder — and for collecting files
A fifteen-file handover no longer needs fifteen links: share an entire folder through a single link with a password, expiry, download permission and an option to include subfolders. Collecting documents from someone without an account is also one link — set a title, instructions, deadline, password and a cap, and uploaded files land straight in the library. The share dialog now also has a visibility control: you choose whether a link is open to search engines.
NewPlatform
Media: pin a comment to a point on the image
Saying "the logo on page three is too small" no longer means writing an email — you click the spot on the image and leave the comment there. It stays anchored to that point, can be replied to and marked resolved. A photo shot sideways can also be rotated or converted right in the app; the share link, CRM links and tags all survive, and the previous version is kept in history.
NewPlatform
Media: search inside the file, not just its name
You no longer have to listen to an audio or video recording end to end to find out what was said: the detail panel shows a transcript, and search finds results inside it. Scanned contracts and photos are searchable too — the words inside a whiteboard photo called "IMG_20260412_143255.jpg" can now be found. Transcription costs credits, so it runs on request rather than automatically.
NewPlatform
CRM Experience — design the lead detail screen yourself
From the Build workspace you can now design the lead detail page layout — field groups, one or two columns, tabs, conditional visibility, action buttons — and manage it through draft → review → publish → roll back. Conflicting releases are refused at publish time, and team/role conflicts surface as warnings. Forms can be given a 0-100 priority order. Most importantly: what you publish is now actually rendered on the lead detail screen.
v23.1.4773 updates
NewPlatform
Integration health you can actually read
Every connection now has an owner — whoever connected it is the owner by default. Warnings show their age and how often they have repeated, so a chronic problem is not confused with a fresh failure. When a connection fails, diagnostic detail is kept; the raw body returned by the provider is not. Scopes that will only arrive after re-consent are listed in their own section.
NewPlatform
Smarter retries for outgoing webhooks
Failed deliveries are now retried on intervals that depend on the type of error, and the receiver's Retry-After header is respected. An endpoint that keeps failing is no longer switched off for good: it is probed periodically and comes back on its own once it recovers, so you don't have to re-enable the integration by hand after a long outage.
NewPlatform
Who can connect this app?
You can now set an install policy per connector. A user without permission opens a request instead of hitting a closed door, and both the request and the decision are announced to each side. "Why can't I connect this?" no longer turns into a support ticket.
v23.0.3443 updates
NewPlatform
Connections Center: ownership and status are visible
Connections now have one home where you can see their owner, health, items needing attention and service-level usage. Manage a Google Calendar connection here and preview cross-channel campaign impact in the same context.
ImprovedPlatform
Saved views and threshold alerts in reports
Save a report layout you use often for yourself or your team, then open it again when needed. See alerts when a threshold is crossed and open an authorized shared report view in a print-friendly format.
NewPlatform
Shareable workspace views in the media library
Share the way you are working in the media library. The link preserves the selected folder, filters, sorting and view preferences, so the recipient opens the same context without rebuilding the full media workspace.
v23.0.2742 updates
NewPlatform
Per-user permission layer
Giving one person an extra permission no longer means cloning a role. The permission is granted directly to the user, so your role list stops filling up with near-identical copies. There is also a report that finds and groups existing cloned roles — it shows you what exists first, and applying the change is a separate step.
NewPlatform
Two signatures for sensitive permissions
Granting critical permissions and assigning sensitive roles can no longer be completed by one person; a second authorised user must approve. Whoever declines must give a reason, so the rationale stays on the record. Pending permission changes follow the same path.
v23.0.1564 updates
ImprovedPlatform
The help centre grew from 18 answers to 100
The FAQ page went from 6 sections and 18 answers to 13 sections and 100 answers, in Turkish, English and Russian. Results filter as you type, the 13 topic shortcuts at the top jump straight to a section, and a live counter tells you how many answers are showing.
ImprovedPlatform
Product, sector and integration pages grew
All 25 product pages were audited against the product's own code: every feature card describes behaviour that genuinely exists, and claims with nothing behind them were removed. Card count went from 348 to 498 per language. The 69 sector guides gained a section navigation bar, and the catalogue of 27 integrations gained search and category counts.
ImprovedPlatform
Heavy screens open lighter
The integration centre no longer waits for everything to load — cards fill in as they arrive. Rarely used dialogs are downloaded only when needed, and document template bodies are fetched only when you open one to edit. Discovery lists moved to cursor-based paging, and the Kanban view no longer fetches a list you cannot see.
NewPlatform
My call queue on mobile
A screen on your phone that answers one question: who do I call now. The queue arrives in the order the server decides, and each row carries a coloured mark for the overdue, today, new and upcoming buckets, the person's name, their company and a callback time if there is one. Calls go through the app's own dialling flow, so conversations made from a phone are recorded too.
v23.0.1063 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Compact density — more work per screen, less scrolling
List rows, detail actions, filter bars and mobile headers moved to a compact density system. The same rule now applies across customers, leads, tasks, quotes, appointments, accounting and construction: actions get tighter while accessible touch targets stay intact.
ImprovedPlatform
Live sync across tabs — one connection for all of them
With the app open in several tabs, each tab no longer opens its own connection: they share a single live stream, and missed events are replayed after a drop. A change you make in one tab shows up in the others straight away.
ImprovedPlatform
The What's New page was rebuilt — timeline, filters and search
The page you are reading is generated from a single source: every update carries its own date and version, and releases line up as a timeline. Narrow it down with area and type filters, and find anything in the history with the search box — in all three languages.
v23.0.1063 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Webhooks: incoming log viewer and IP allowlist
Inspect incoming webhook payloads line by line, search by source and see each request's status. Plus an IP allowlist for security, the missing tracking-code snippet on the source card, and “call.*” events now wired into the pipeline.
NewPlatform
Access review and ready-made persona roles
Review who can access what from one screen, see your team tree and import invites in bulk via CSV. Ready-made persona roles tied to add-ons get new teammates started with the right permissions in minutes.
NewPlatform
Subscription: billing details and AI-credit forecast
Enter your billing details (tax ID and address) and see the VAT note clearly; forecast where your AI-credit usage is heading before it runs out. With contextual upgrade nudges and cancel-reason capture.
v23.0.981 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Long lists are now much smoother
Long lists like the customer timeline, contact directory, call history and call queue now render only what’s on screen through virtualization; scrolling stays fast and smooth even with hundreds of records.
v23.0.31 updates
NewPlatform
Load Testing — from HTTP to real browser journeys
Run a simple HTTP load test, a real-browser/Core Web Vitals test or a multi-step transaction journey. Set p95 and error-rate thresholds, compare results with a previous baseline, save reusable templates, schedule runs and receive email alerts when a threshold is crossed.
v22.1.602 updates
NewPlatform
GDPR-compliant auto-deletion for meeting records
Personal data in the meeting bot’s records is deleted automatically once the retention period ends. Stay within data-retention rules without the burden of clearing data by hand.
NewPlatformHighlight
Rocketly mobile — desktop-grade power in your pocket
The mobile app is no longer a “viewer you carry around” — it’s a tool that gets work done. From the inbox to marketing, from converting a lead to sending a quote, do nearly everything you do on desktop right from your phone.
Inbox: AI reply suggestions, conversation summaries, and replies via WhatsApp template outside the 24-hour window
Conversation management: archive, pin, mark unread, tag; in-conversation message search
Send video/document attachments from chat; linked CRM record in the header, create a task/lead from a conversation
Guided convert wizard: turn a Lead into a Customer and/or Opportunity in one flow
Marketing: pause/edit campaigns and budgets, connect platforms via OAuth, ROAS and revenue attribution, forecast screen
Full field parity on quote, task and appointment forms: tax, discount, currency, multi-assignment and more
v22.1.117 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Rocketly Apps: see and edit the real code
The “Code” tab now shows your app’s actual code. Ready-made CRM templates aren’t single-file samples any more — they’re working apps with 8-10 files, so you can use them directly or learn from them for your own build. Click an element on the canvas and jump straight to the file that defines it.
NewPlatform
Passwordless sign-in with passkeys
Sign in with your device’s fingerprint, face recognition or screen lock instead of a password. Add multiple passkeys under Settings → Security, name them, and remove any of them whenever you like. No password, no phishing risk.
ImprovedPlatform
Search, keyboard navigation and quiet hours in notifications
Full-text search across notifications, keyboard navigation, and a filter sheet built for mobile. Toggle quiet hours with a single tap. Deleted something by accident? You can undo it.
ImprovedPlatform
Reports go deeper
Sales forecast now has a win-rate card, a conversion funnel and “compare with previous period”. Choose which columns you see in detail tables, and read trends at a glance from mini sparklines on the cards. If the underlying data is incomplete or inconsistent, the report now tells you.
NewPlatform
See what you’ll lose before changing plans
Before you downgrade, a preview shows exactly which features will turn off — no surprises. Change your mind? There’s a recovery window. Plan changes now leave an audit trail.
ImprovedPlatform
Trash: filters and expiry warnings
Filter by who deleted an item and when. Records nearing the end of their retention window are highlighted, so you notice them before they’re gone for good. Search now runs server-side — it looks through everything, not just what’s on screen.
ImprovedPlatform
Dedicated permissions for the Call Center
Call center permissions now live in their own group: grant who can place calls and who can listen to recordings, separately. Call history follows role-based data scope too — everyone sees only the calls they’re meant to.
v22.1.40522 updates
NewPlatformHighlight

Version history and undo, shareable link, rename before publishing
ImprovedPlatform
Quota and limit warnings are now proactive
We warn you before your usage quota runs out, show when the limit resets, and rate-limit notices now say which action they affect. The notice clears itself once the wait is over.
v22.1.31671 updates
NewPlatform
Phone input with country selector
On lead and customer forms, phone numbers are now entered with a country selector and stored in the international standard (E.164). Your organization's default country comes pre-selected, and duplicate records are caught automatically even if the same number is typed differently.
v22.1.31672 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Tags now get a unique color automatically
Tags you create without picking a color now get a unique color automatically everywhere, and existing colorless tags were backfilled too.
ImprovedPlatform
More reliable notifications
The notification counter in the header now shows the real total, and a retention mechanism automatically clears out old notifications.
v22.1.12843 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Notifications: more modules and correct routing
Notification preferences were added for Construction/Real-Estate, marketing and accounting; notification links now open the right page.
NewPlatform

You can now search every menu item from the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) and jump straight to the page.
NewPlatformHighlight

Per-product accent color — desktop and mobile
The login screen is themed to the product you open
v22.1.12845 updates
FixedPlatform
Email channel auto re-connect
When an IMAP connection hits a persistent auth error, the channel is automatically flagged as 'needs re-authorization' and stops unnecessary retries.
FixedPlatform
Charts show a clear empty state when there's no data
Analytics and AI charts now display an understandable empty state instead of an error when there's no data yet.
FixedPlatform
Dates now follow your chosen language
When you switch the interface language, date formats update accordingly (short month-name bug fixed).
NewPlatform
Make the menu your own
Hide or show modules in the sidebar and let category order follow your role. Smooth accordion menu, plus an 'Edit' mode for favorites/pins on mobile.
NewPlatform
Dashboard presets and new widgets
Switch your dashboard to a ready-made layout in one click. New quote, construction, meeting, opportunity radar, pre-accounting and inventory summary widgets (by plan), plus a 'due this week' widget.
v22.1.12843 updates
ImprovedPlatform
Polished confirmation dialogs
Brand-styled, smooth confirmation dialogs replace the browser's plain 'are you sure?' box.
ImprovedPlatform
Locked packages now visible in the menu
Modules you don't own (Construction CRM, Inventory, Pre-Accounting, Store) appear in the sidebar with a lock badge, so you can discover the feature and upgrade.
NewPlatform
Smart Filters
Narrow down Leads, Appointments and Contacts with ready-made smart filters (like 'Awaiting attention') in one click. (The former 'Smart Views' has been refreshed.)
v22.1.128413 updates
NewPlatform
System status page
We now have a public status page: see the real-time operational status of the system (English / Turkish / Russian).

Multi-select bulk move/delete, pagination in the file list, and a "file to analysis" bridge — jump straight from a file that has an analysis to its analysis detail.
ImprovedPlatform
Role and user management
Bulk role changes, bulk (soft) user deletion with an optional transfer target, saving a role as a template, and a role/permission change history. Module search was added to the permission matrix too.
NewPlatform
CSV / PDF export on analytics dashboards
Export Voice of Customer and analytics dashboards to CSV or PDF in one click — ready for a management deck or a team meeting.
NewPlatform
Outgoing webhooks & integrations
Connect Rocketly to the tools you already use. Create outgoing webhooks that fire on key events, rotate API keys in one click for security, and pipe your data into Zapier, n8n or your own systems — no code required.
ImprovedPlatform
Tags: one system, usage trends and smart cleanup
Every module — inbox included — now uses a single unified tag system. The tags page shows a 30-day usage trend chart; clean up unused tags in one click and get a warning before deleting a heavily-used one. Workflow-driven dynamic tagging assigns tags automatically by your rules.
ImprovedPlatform
Files: Office preview, folder permissions and secure sharing
Preview Word, Excel and PowerPoint files right in the browser — no download needed. Control who sees what with folder-level access permissions. Add passwords and expiry dates to public share links, with a full audit trail of who accessed what and when.
NewPlatform
Role-based data scope: everyone sees only what they should
The role editor now has "Data Scope": choose whether a role sees the whole organization, only its team's records, or only records assigned to the user. Enforced row-by-row across leads, customers, opportunities, tasks and conversations — including lists, details and exports.
FixedPlatform
Integrations page tidied up
All integration logos are now the same size and the "Add Channel" and "Connect" buttons are aligned. Outlook Calendar is now managed on the same page alongside all other integrations.
ImprovedPlatform
Avatars everywhere
User avatars now appear in the admin audit log, AI usage reports, the quote activity timeline and permission requests — so you can see who did what at a glance.
ImprovedPlatform
Smarter back navigation
The back button now takes you to the right screen on both web and mobile. When you arrive via a deep link or with an empty history, it sends you to a sensible parent screen instead of unexpectedly leaving the app.
NewPlatform
Empty the trash, search across modules
You can permanently empty (purge) the trash of deleted records, and run a global search across all modules from a single search box.
